Even cutting Minshew and trying to pick up Daniel Jones for $10m makes more sense than Darnold.
@@robe2504 Completely agree. To me the best QB room the Raiders could realistically have going into the 2025 season would be one consisting of O’Connell, Jaxson Dart (draft on day 2), and Joe Flacco. Steelers - with Tomlin's seat getting warmer, I don't see the cogent plan in moving from one set of bridge QBs in Wilson and Field - and spending 10 times as much on Darnold. At worst they'd have to keep one of them and take a chance on Milroe or Ewers. Titans - are almost certainly drafting a QB. They already have two bridge QBs Giants - are Daboll and Schoen really going to throw $30m+ at Darnold after just blowing $70m on a badly thought through QB contract for Daniel Jones? Again probably better off drafting one of those 2nd tier guys and trying to build that roster. Raiders - seem like the only viable team, but they already have O'Donnell as a bridge on a $1m deal, AND 10 draft picks, AND 90m in cap space, AND will likely have a bit of a runway to start building up a roster and not have to force an overspend on a better bridge QB. I think Darnold could easily end up back at the Vikes as a slightly more expensive $20m bridge QB to McCarthy, just like the original plan.
You really just say the Raiders are a QB away from a playoff push? Dawg... no. They the AFC West's doormat for the next 10 years with Harbaugh, Payton, and Reid all in that division

They already have two bridge QBs
Giants - are Daboll and Schoen really going to throw $30m+ at Darnold after just blowing $70m on a badly thought through QB contract for Daniel Jones?
Praying that Adam Peters signs DJ Reed
Redskins will be in on Reed and Higgins, could get both
Man anyone that would give Tee Higgins 30+ million a year is just burning money because he’s injured a bit to much for that kinda money and then he is not good enough to be a low end 1. He’s been held up tremendously by JaMar and his attitude is not helping. I say all this as someone who wanted my team to draft him and wanted to see him succeed
Sam darnold going for 35M & that steal
Steelers going need a wr and RB to play with jaylen Warren
I think the jags would need guard more than tackle
I agree. For the same price, Trey Smith would be 10X more valuable than the tackle. The Jags have already re-signed Walker Little.
Did you forget the Jaguars are an NFL Team??? Just a question
One the Jaguars biggest needs is a Guard and WR
First of the season baby!
Did you forget Zack Baun?
Texans need to sign a top wr this year to help out n, Collins t,Dell.
How many stud WR's does Stroud need? lol
T Dell will most likely be out next year with a torn knee
Tee isn’t going anywahere this offseason u can count on that
The WR franchise tag will be around $33 mil. That's a ton to pay a #2 WR. Especially when the Bengals have to make Chase the highest paid WR in the league soon.
I want the Lions to sign Hufanga! Put him in the box with Kerby and Branch!
I want him at cardinals next to budda
Multiple injury prone godwin is better at slot than number 1 option dj moore lol ha.
Moore > Godwin imo. Especially with the unknowns of how well he recovered
I think Godwin will be resigned by Bucs and they go all in on Mayfield, Evans and Godwin for the next few years.
Darnold is going to get more than 40 millions. If Herbert and love can get 50 million a season, Darnold deserves at minimum 40 million
I see a 3yr/110m from a desperate team.. or the Vikings just franchise tag him
Are you insane? You're SERIOUSLY (???)comparing Justin Herbert's career to Sam Darnolds?????😅😂
What are Justin Herbert ever done in the playoffs and how many wins did he ever have in a regular season? Just let me know.
To turn in his pumpkinform again?
Whaaaat??😳😳😳😳😳😳
