The trailer is only showing a little of what is going to happen. It mainly introduces a few new characters and hints at some important info or scenes, I will not give spoilers on the story. The new characters are Princess Irluan, the Emperors daughter, but also a Bene Gesserit. Feyd Rautha the second and favorite nephew of the Baron, and Lady Fenring who is wife of the chief advisor to the Emperor, who is another skilled Bene Gesserit. We do not see the Emperor and his world yet, and we only see a entrance to a Seitch, where the Fremen live.
