Actually I feel the resignation of umi and her interview before is something wrong or with some facts hidden. What is the boss wanting when you was working with a good training and time usage and when she was asked in the interview by the boss asking. It may be bad and uncomfortable with some terrifying treatment. But when you skip these feelings and you are confident in yourself, it is your choice to find which boss amd company that is the best for you to show your loyalty and valuable with confidence without feeling bad but only testing you.
Brandy, if U found something U're interesting then go for that direction. Lots of successful stories in here as partnership, couples or husband and wife small business. After U both had experienced and clientele, Be your own boss could control time and money making business in future. The only draw back for both in same industry during self employment to make $ will be hard to get bank approval from most of the finance institutes. U might need to put more down payment and to show longer income proof for mortgage when U buy property later on.

我個人不是太同意。首先mei mei只是做了一年，經驗不算多，確定她可以handle任何情況？她沒買商業保險，去人地屋企幫狗剪毛，如果出事，點算。例如因為狗狗亂動，整傷隻狗，主人要她賠償。又例如隻狗咬到她，算狗主的責任還是狗主沒責任？這些看似小問題，實際卻是大問題。最後奉勸狗主，真的不要隨便請人到自己屋企幫狗剪毛，真發生什麼事，很難釐責任，輕則賠錢，重則狗狗可能要被人道毀滅。想省錢，可以在amazon買個dog grooming kit，100多塊，自己幫狗狗剪。最多也就剪得不好看，狗狗不會介意的。
