Please can you do a compilation video of removing shoelaces (and later putting them back on the shoes) after you've had an assessment rub of the shoes, as those are the sounds I love the most and they're over so fast! Keep up the amazing work!

I just don’t even understand it. I’m too young I guess. How much would one really want to spend to clean their shoes? Maybe the shoes were more expensive back in the day? If you have 1200 shoes I guess it makes sense. Amazing tho!
It’s really a lost art, most people don’t, they just throw their shoes away or don’t even clean them, but there are some pairs of boots (especially for labor workers) that are you favorite and you want to keep them for as long as you can. Also it’s an experience that everyone should have one in their life getting their shoes shined. Doesn’t seem like much but it’s pretty special
When you lather up the brush and begin scrubbing, why do you start on the toe area which is usually the dirtiest part of any shoe? Wouldn't it make more sense to scrub the cleaner areas such as the tongue first? I ask this because it seems like starting in the dirtiest area first would contaminate the brush right off the bat and spread that dirt to other areas that aren't very dirty. If I'm ever fortunate enough to get a cleaning from you, please don't be insulted if I request you leave the dirtiest parts for last.
