I think Amazon hypothetical acq. of UC will be disastrous because amazon as a company is trying to remove human labor from its ecosystem, whether in warehouses, fleets, etc.. but , acq of UC will be totally against it as it is a human capital intensive business. moreover, amazon can start a parallel business since it has better penetration across different tiers of cities as well as an online presence.

Thought of it as I guess around June this year the govt mandated all FMCG companies to replace plastic straws with paper ones. Same goes for bags. And they're used everywhere like retail, convenience and fashion stores.
