I wish there were some sort of "Mystic Sonic" mod, so you have a version of Sonic specifically made to transform with the SMS mod. He wouldn't be as powerful, of course, but I think it would still be neat.

It's "SuperSonic Speed" by Die Happy, the nightcore remix, edited further to fit within the speed shoes time limit. And yes, he'd be Adventure Sonic. Except we get an even better dedicated Adventure Sonic soon enough by Metalwario64.

Not unless you: A: Know what you're doing. or B: Are prepared for it to backfire. SMS can keep cranking up the risk-reward factor of his playstyle to ridiculous levels. I'd try and master his abilities one by one until you can see the big picture and recognize a level's possibilities at a whim, then take full advantage of them all. (Though runshoes are probably unmaster-able.)

GemerlYT I did use modern sonic on sea gate but it's was hard getting through the tails section and after that you cannot beat the level without using noclip

Hey, I'm having a bit of trouble with using the blind dash while already in a dash, explained at 2:35 . Can someone help me out, if it's not too much trouble? I only seem to be getting it some of the time, and even then, I can't do it in a specific direction. assuming anyone even checks the comment section of this video anymore.

That...really depends on where you have movement keys and if you use mouse too. I use both WASD and the arrow keys together, so my Custom1 on is on Right-Shift, Custom2 is on Left Shift, and Custom 3 is X.
Cassie ported Heroes. I quickly ported 06 myself to show it off for the video. Both are a little buggy, especially the Heroes pack, which has pain plants and can't be beaten by anyone but SMS atm. I put the links in the description if you want to try them out regardless.

SRB2 in general is hard to learn, but it'll become second nature given enough time. SMS is like that but multiplied.

It's SMS sliding across walls when running really fast. It's current implementation is a bit hacky, but it'll get better one day.

I use Right Shift for Custom 1, Left Shift for Custom 2, X for Custom 3. But I do use an unusual control scheme.
I like how people think the game will be a breeze with SMS then they realize you have to master him lol

Are you using controller or automatic controls? If so than use joytokey and bind s to back on the stick or use manual/strafe settings.

Yes. You hold spin to do multi-homing thoks and also walljump, or don't hold it for a speed thok.

No. The Chaos Emeralds don't matter. You always have the Mystic Emerald. You'll just need 30 rings for SMS, then 50 more rings for HMS.
