It all looks great, except one thing, give participants the option to seek out or join the room they want. A teacher should be able to say: make groups of five in separate rooms! And the students should be able to jump to rooms they want, and see for themselves where others are. So John can see Mindy went to the Red room and he follows, or sees that room has already 5 people, so then switches to Yellow. Or in Open Space Tech programs, participants should be able to create rooms and name them.
Awesome presentation. The utility looks very interesting. With the tim, the developers may adjust the price for the different tiers of the service so more people that are not necessary part of an organization or a big business owner can switch from Zoom or other of the video conference applications to this one. 👍

Is there a meeting time limit in the free version ? Can you transcribe the meeting directly from the dashboard or does Butter integrate with 3rd party services for this?

Thanks for the question! Recording is a paid feature (we gotta earn money somehow 😅). There's a 30 day free trial though which includes recording, so you can test it out first!

We DO have a desktop version that is a bit more light on the CPU and have more features though - so we recommend hosts to use this :-) 3) We allow this via plugins on Google Chrome currently - we haven't built it in yet. Hope that helps!
Great question! We're not HIPAA compliant (as that requires specific restrictions that are specific to the health care industry, which is not our target market). We are GDPR compliant which should cover the most important stuff in FERPA compliance!

Looks great! However, mobile platforms are needed to compete with current “meetings apps”. Hope to see mobile apps (iOS/Android) soon! Keep it up! 👍🏼

It might! But we've built Butter foremost as a platform for collaborative sessions - so we're focusing on "smaller" many-to-many sessions first 😊
