The Simple Gmail Notes you recommended is so good. The free version is good enough for me. I have used a similar extension earlier but this is even better. It uses Google Drive to store notes thus does not create an additional Label under Gmail. It also does not refresh Gmail repeatedly like the one I used earlier.

Good informative session. Since I travel a lot on airplanes and to remote areas, I often do not have access to WIFI. So wish I could access emails and respond when offline, then upload/download when I have WIFI access.

My question is regarding the vacation responder: how can we set up a responder for all our emails on Gmail, not juste for our main gmail address but also for the company email account we add to the gmail account in order to auto-respond to all the emails we receive on this inbox, the ones sent to our email address and the ones sent to our company address? Foor those that have many labels, a simple way to search through them would be a good time saver. EG I have a label that contains a particular text string, I may not remember the full name, but if I search for the string in the gmail search box, I get emails that contains it,including labels. The "label:" prefix is only useful in searching, If I know the entire path and exact text. the only option I have is to manually go through the labels, which is time consuming.

I would like a feature to return. Before we could hover over an emailer's name you had the option of searching with one click. Now you would need to go through steps of copying email address, then pasting into the search. I used to use that feature daily. tHanks for your videos

Now you read the labels and discard labels that are no longer needed. Very fast, very easy.....very no longer available. (It was very fast workflow before)

Why Gmail don't take any action, why it is essential for Gmail user to download several 3rd party apps, for different functions, Thanks to 3rd apps developers, everything is served on a plate for Gmail staff, so what the hindrance Gmail staff is facing in making Gmail more functional or user friendly ? After its the most used mailing system.
I've noticed that "Right Inbox" gmail extension will trigger client's email server's spam. I have one client that ALL of my mail sent via gmail with "track opens/clicks" activated will send the note directly to spam, while sending it without the tracking - it gets to the client's inbox. I've contacted the Right Inbox folks, but they are flummoxed. So, it's really causing more work for me.

Really still wish we could sort emails by sender, subject, etc. Sometimes the search feature isn't convenient or helpful
