This is a very impactful discussion. Wonderful and hard hitting insights were shared. I think it has a lot of impact on the student when s/he becomes an employee. This kind of academic disinterest further leads to "learning disinterest" which I have to deal in L&D department. It is said that "It is better to build a child than to mend a man". Teachers have a huge impact in building employee readiness of students. I feel that we should do more such podcasts on how pedagogy is being transitioned to andragogy and further augmented into heutagogy. Hats off to Dr. Rishi pal. I loved the podcast. Wonderful examples of whirlpool on the students and also loved the concept of Gardener (Facilitator). Also was blown away by the concept that any successful person is self actualized. Family is also an educational institute.
