The speech on repeat MAKES you feel it when you say the right words to yourself that turns you on. If it doesn’t spark the feeling keep saying it out loud cuz you are most likely repeating it in your mind in the negative and this is why you are FEELING like you don’t feel it. You are already doing it. It’s cuz the dominant thoughts which rule your emotions is repeating things in the negative so often than you are FEELING those bad emotions already. This is like what happens in a romantic relationship only your partner is constantly saying things against you and you FEEL bad as oppose to if they were saying something positive constantly to you. It’s a romantic story only YOU play all parts.
