When she spoke on people going to the gym and working on the physical aspect of themselves, she was speaking to me. I definitely was in the gym daily but I wasn’t happy mentally. God ripped me away from the gym and I spent months working on my mental/spiritual health. Honestly, it was the best thing that happened to me. I started going back to the gym and now I get results with my body quicker than before. Being tapped into spirit is amazing!
People can hate you because you reveal their inadequacies when you show up with genuine kindness. But you can’t take it personal, just remove yourself
This is the best advice that I've heard on jealousy. Something that I've been dealing with for years. And it was puzzling. I had a childhood friend. Tell me the reason why childhood friends and friends were jealous of you is because you were yourself. So your statement is a confirmation. And I thank you.

I'm a critical thinker, I often analyse situations from different perspectives before reaching a conclusion. Therefore, maybe, my critical way of thinking may rub some people the wrong way. Although not personal, I just think outside the box, but because of this I've had haters. My success, achievements, and coming to pass things I have said means you don't necessarily have to do much to have haters - just being yourself is enough. People often envy in other what they lack in themselves.

When you are not jealous that people envy you. And you intuitively try to give them what is missing SUCH AS A COMPLIMENT, or if its a friend give them a new perspective, or help with their aesthetic. They will decrease the envy. To be around envious people, you actually like ppl feeling jealous deep inside. If you really had an aversion to envious people. You wouldn't even want their company. Something about you deep inside is envious and thats why you cant get away from them. Or deep inside you are insecure and you "get off" from people envying you so you still stay in the "hated" environment. Otherwise your peace of mind would be too strong to analyze it. You would just want to get away. Some people that know people are jealous of them secretly like the attention. So subconsciously they are projecting. Real conscious people stray away from negativity because energetically its draining. Especially the feeling of envy and anger. Everyday we strive to introspect to gain more of a peace of mind. In other words. If you are worried people are jealous of you. You are essentially projecting your uncertainty of feeling inadequate or idealistic.
The most high wattage perception of jealousy I have heard! You are absolutely correct but you are speaking from a high level that many people may not be able to fully grok, a golden aura frequency . The inner reality is always creating the outer matter. It’s always “us” against ourselves -our actual cells-what is living within us. Once we fully understand this-we become unstoppable. I can honestly say “I have NEVER been Jealous of anyone! Envious of family structure (in my childhood) maybe but never of one’s being!” God has given me whey too much to be jealous of anyone!
I disagree on the hating or jealously aspect. For someone like myself from mi born has been exposed to jealousy. It had nothing to do with who I was, but what I looked like, the attention I got and the privilege that comes with everything I was born with. People will hate you for being kind and generous also. Seen enough of that to where I just remove myself from that.
People have insecurities which causes jealousy. I can write books about jealousy. I have been exposed to it all my life and I can count how many times on 1 or 2 fingers I have been jealous of people because it's just not an energy I choose to indulge in and I know enough to know, I always get what I ask the universe for and what I don't is not meant for me.
But being the victim of hate or jealousy has been the bane of my existence...its non-stop.
You have been the victim of envy. There is a difference between jealousy and envy. The Hon. Elijah Muhammad said, "An envious person is the worse kind of person because an envious person will kill you." If you have something that they want, it could be money or talent, or some privilege, etc., they will covet that special thing that they desire for themselves that they don't want you to have. An envious person is a devil. Stay away from them if you can or as much as you can. You can be kind to this type of person and they will still hate you, even if they smile in your face. They may sometimes try to hide their true feelings but the envy spills out of them by mistake sometimes. Be aware of them. They will also make enemies for you. People you don't know and people you do know that you've never had any problems with will change and become cold or rough acting towards you because of some lie that the envious person told them. They won't come out and tell you what the reason is for their change in behavior because then they will have to reveal the conversation of lies and slander about you. Again, if you know someone is envious of you stay away from them as much as possible. Don't go anywhere with them if you can help it. If you have to be around them hopefully there are other people around that are good people to help compensate for the evil person. Having other people around is also a good thing because they can be witnesses of mistreatment or witnesses of the truth and not lies the envious person spreads.

@arlenemuhammad9853 Wow, you seem to have some of my own experiences. I receive your message. My own mom, brother and other family members have shown me jealousy and Envy. The rudest awakening for me was the envy from my own brother and it grew after our mom passed away and she asked me to finalize her last wishes for her funeral/Memorial. He seemed to have always been jealous (he admitted that to me), but this envy really makes him look like the devil indeed. Its so disgusting. People don't even realize how you can be envied for being resilient, because nothing keeps me down.
Jealousy/Envy is a miserable way to live and I can see it now, where before I used to NOT want to see it. I was encouraged to recognize it. I've always enjoyed my own company, so besides being with my children, I love being by myself.
I choose peace all the time, so the idea that Paula was saying we attract envy to us based on our own energy made no sense and I know the universal law of energy she's trying to apply, but I think there are exceptions when it comes to envy/jealousy and/or certain individuals. People's envy/jealousy is all about their own messed up energy 99.9% of the time.

@@ntitus3025 I believe you are right about envy being the exception to what Paula was saying. I agree with what Paula said generally speaking. Usually when you give good you get good back, but not in the case of the envious. That is an exception to the rule. Envy is an internal problem of the envious. It's a problem they have to solve within themselves. Min. Farrakhan said and envious person is a person that really has a problem with God. God is the giver of all gifts. If you don't like the way you look, and you take that anger out on a good looking person, your problem really is not with that person, but the God who created you.

I can listen to your beautiful voice and wisdom all day. Such an amazingly beautiful interview. Like some of the comments however I don't agree that people won't hate you for no reason. I was a small child who did nothing but exist and had a mother that was jealous of me and hated me. It was a projection of her own pain but I experienced real hate. So that part of your narrative I cannot agree with but I loved everything else.

Light and darkness can not fellowship that’s spiritual law. I Had to find that out the hard way. Some people have to be released for your safety and there’s. Some people are not ready to heal. And you trying to save them in anyway can potential bring forth death. Wisdom is the key for perspective.
🙏🏽 Speaking from experience. Many people mistake physical workout for spiritual, mental or emotional work. Maybe add some stretching which brings emotional release, Journaling. Those 9 hours are needed it seems, but change how they're invested.

People not fulfilling their purpose is why we have 7yr old war veterans. They have to come back and go through life a second, but again, they tick all the societal boxes and die at 72 surrounded by loved ones only to have to come back a third time. Know yourself, fulfill your purpose.

Whoaaaah Ms Paula. While negative energy can be mirrored, it is very frequent to receive malice from others simply because of the light you carry. Like you, i don't claim to be better than anyone and i have many faults/shortcomings. But i also know that darkness absolutely despises light. Just because we are good people doesn't mean that we're going to receive good hence the shortage of goodness in the world. When a person chooses light and love and empathy and fairness and kindness, they must understand that they will be mistreated at times. How one deals with that varies.
I follow Mashiach and my accountability is to Him. Hateful ppl are one of the realities of life. How to function and exist above that is what matters most.

Sometimes people will hate you because you are helping them and they hate you because you can help them improve themselves, for example, students of cultural differences because they do not believe a Black professor is unqualified to help them learn, or women you are on vacation with who hate you for better planning for the event or holiday.

Secontly! It is healthy to choose for a man who you love but alsi who has it all in regards with money. Some men can have ego problems when their girfriend or wife is far ahead of him and can breed jealousy as well. Has somebody do research why some men/boyfriend kill or being unfaithful to their wife/girlfriend worldwide? Was it always in regards with love issues? Ego problems as as a result of jealousy can also be the cause. Fortunaltly not all men are like that. It is healty when a men is on the same level or a step ahead with their money or carreer.

I really really love this ladies Great Wisdom. But I find myself disagreeing with her here, when she says if you are a good person, then you will not be hated or words to that effect. I'm 62 and I have been around quite a bit. And I have noticed that in reality no matter how genuinely nice and kind you are, people will still hate you. We just live in very hateful times.
Stop being a good person and be a conscious person.

What I noticed is the destructive spirit of Envy because “envy” and “jealousy” synonymous, they actually have distinct meanings. Envy is “the painful feeling of wanting what someone else has, like attributes or possessions.” If you're jealous, you feel “threatened, protective, or fearful of losing one's position or situation to someone else.” Envy is the real killer !

I was with you til 28:00 - 31:00.... They killed Christ and there was nothing wrong or hateful about Him.... Those who are true Lightbearers, living right behind closed doors, etc; the energy they emit automatically blinds the eyes of those in darkness, without even intending to do so..... There is so much wrong and illogical about that 3 minute segment, IDK even where to begin. History and sheer observing human nature says that is incorrect.
