I have a Tease SBH-HD and an ST-2 and I love both of them. The owner of Tease is awesome to deal with and their guitars are hard to beat for the money. Great customer service as well. My vote is for the Tease!
Nice solo playing Cal! Liked the Squier a bit more, the pickups sounded a bit fuller, maybe difference between Alncio vs Ceramic? Plus Squier looks cooler with tortoiseshell guard and rosewood board.
@@jimmyjames2022 Thx, Jimmy! I think it might be a case of 2 year old strings and a dry fretboard. Both guitars have Alnico 5. The difference might be how the poles are set in the pups.
Hi Cal, if I was forced to choose between them it would have to be the Squire by a little bit on the sound of the guitars but on looks the Squire wins by a mile that tortoise shell scratch plate on a sunburst body is a stunning look and as cool as it gets.
@@Reeldin58 It just suits it with that stained neck and sunburst. I have some work to do on the Tease- new strings and fretboard oil and a fret polish. Then, I think it may get closer. 😁

The Squier definitely sounds better, upgraded pickups on the Tease would make a big difference!
