I grew up in the Signal Mountain area around when the story was happening. There were always rumors that Casteel was involved in some other illegal activity (IE manufacturing of narcotics). And that was the reason he never wanted anyone around what he considered his property. It was thought in some circles that he murdered these people because of what they may have witnessed taking place, instead of him just being over bearing of his "property."

Netflix is not good company to keep when it comes to documentaries. I watch daily wire's convicting a murder. Which points out how Netflix left out key details of making a murder to make the man at center of it seems like a victim of state corruption. They removed key details like his past crimes, his abuse of women before being accused of killing one, also how they removed key words and sentences from people in their documentary. Whole sentences that would make someone else words not be their words. Making a murder is a massive scam of documentary that fooled millions.
His DNA being on the victim. The victim telling others she feared him, and how her body was found on his property, also how the states case was much stronger than Netflix let viewers to believe.

She watched Lazy's videos because it (in a weird hormonal way) made her feel like bad things could only happen once you're old enough. In her bubble of sanity he'd be fine because he was too young to die.
Thank God she was right. Now he's a happy bright 15 month old. There's issues with solid food (his brain doesn't seem to send chewing signals so he's on special drink) but the meds have made him seizure free for 6 months now! They expect the healthy part of his brain to 100% compensate for the bit that's struggling. Just wait until you realize one day that the Democrat party in America fosters & helps people who murder others.
Then you'll also realize they attempt to take away the ability of the innocent family's ability to defend themselves with a firearm. This leaves you wide open for a murdering POS to harm your family.
The Democrat party let's violent offenders out of prison time after time & they generally within a year or 2 go murder someone.
Chicago, a Democrat run City, has done away with monetary bail.
This means that if a would-be murderer beats you, they'll be arrested & released without sitting in jail & waiting for a hearing to determine if they'll be held in jail or released on bail. They'll just be processed & released.
In California, another Democrat run state, they've arrested burglars in the process of breaking into a house, gave them a court summons & released them on the spot & they immediately went to the neighbors house & broke in & stole their car & the cops came & gave them another summons & let them go according to the law the Democrats made, & they stole the neighbor's car & crashed it into his house & knocked the wall down & burglarized the house only for the cops to come give the criminal another summons.
Just wait until you realize the Democrat party is ACTIVELY allowing criminals to harm your family in ANY way they want to.

My dad used to take my sister and I to this private land to hunt for arrowheads when we were younger. A famous battle took place and the landowner made it so anyone could come look on the property for arrowheads or any other battle finds. However, there was a box at the "entrance" that stated if you didn't pay so much per person he'd shoot you. Now this was in the late 80's early 90's. It never failed, we'd get there, pay, and drive down to the dry creek bed and before we'd even get out, this elderly man would be pulling up to the box, checking that we paid and wave his shotgun
As to say "I'm still in control even though you paid". My dad decided after 1 more time, it was too dangerous bc the man was getting a bit unpredictable, depending on his mood. I hear the story about those 3 men and it sickens me to think how they were just going for together time like my dad would for us but it ended in such a nightmare all bc of 1 crazy landowner, er adjacent landowner.
