In the basic button mapping can I have button 3 toggle whether the buttons 2 and 4 increase or decrease the brightness or temperature color?

Why not make button 3 "Toggle" the light? Than you don't need to worry and have the same button turn on/off. 1st push for ON, 2nd push for OFF.
