I agree that is the best flawless wireless dimmer system I ever used. I even dimmed lights around patio about 40 feet away and it still works all the time. And the battery could last up to 10 years. I think that system is on six or seven years with no problems.🎉 It’s worth the money

I love my Lutron switches! Super easy to install yourself and you can make the pico remote control any HomeKit device if you use home bridge or Home assistant. :)

Aren’t these like $80 for one switch? I just buy the Kasa smart switches. $10 a pop, they work instantly, they work with my Alexa, and they never fail to turn my light on/off. Simple enough for me. I can do my whole home with Kasa for the cost of 1 Lutron switch lol

If you don't get it, you don't get it. To each their own. Kasa/TP Link a great brand too, but there are major differences.

Where do you place the hub? Does it have to be near the switch?

The say 30 feet. I have a 6000 sq foot house, and the hub is almost dead center, and all my Lutron stuff works. So unless you have something much bigger or a weird shape, you shouldn't worry about it too much. However, they do sell repeaters & extenders.

I put mine right by my router my house is 1700 sq ft and never had a switch not connect and I have switch’s in every room of the house

So how low can I dimm 5% ?

Inside the Lutron app and many other smart apps, you can go down to 1% but understand, many bulbs don't do well at extreamly low levels. You proubally won't notice its on untils 20-25%. On the new Lutron Caseta Dimmer Switches (Diva) you can set the minimium level.

If it’s the best, they gotta do better. Usually doesn’t turn on or off and just flickers…

Sounds like you have the wrong bulb/light or the wrong switch for that bulb/light. You need to make sure you have dimmable bulbs/lights and theres a simlar switch for ELV+ Bulbs, & 250W LEDs. Flickering is an easy fix but you have understand what you have and need.
