    I’ve been using these methods for decades. I’m 49 and still get ID’d. It’s all legit. I did have a period in my early 30s in a toxic rship where my habits changed. I look younger and thinner now than I did then and was developing frightening inflammatory health conditions. Thankfully have reversed all that now with the right habits.

    That is what my instincts was telling me when i was 10. I never exercise in a structure timeframe in the gym.I instead structured my day to be a working session 24/7. And it worked very well. for example instead of wake up and go to school, i was waking up , do a set of pushups to failure , and then go to school sprinting with the entire week's books in my back pack. i Miss those days.haha

    I'm an exercise scientist and some of his tips I agree with, the only thing annoys me is he acts as though he is older than what he is haha He's 37 which is youth, he's still a kid. If he spoke about how when he's older in 40 years he wants to look the same and that's his goal then great but don't act as though you look 20 when you look 37 which is youth and there is nothing wrong with that, if he looks this way in 20 years then awesome but he should be showing people about how these tips are gonna benifit them now when they are in there 80's and beyond.

    great efforts have been made to come up with these results concerning the body, shape, health and beauty . Yet the speaker missed the other half of the picture which is the soul.
    Our souls always seek to be at peace. This could be done only if we know the answers of these questions. What's the reason behind our creation? Who created us? Why are we living in this earth? What will happen after death? You'll find all the answers of these questions in Islam. Don't trust the media look for the information for yourself

    If you are Christian you can replace serpent yoga with something better anyway called
    ● bodyflow mobility/warrior wellness (bodywght)
    ● strength stretch and mobility w/bands
    ● RESILIENT by Pavel with the kettlebel
    ● Light club bells for mobility
    ● foam roll session
    You can have variety depending on how you're feeling physically. You eventually can develop your own variables mixing any above. I did yoga 20 yrs this is better in so many ways. Hope this helps. - Blessings my peeps.

    • @rr1621
      @rr1621 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@shawniscoolerthanyou if you are referring to the american heart society's outdated research on the the saturated fat causing clogged arteries then I can see where your logic comes from. Studies proving that old theory wrong are ignored by the AHS. In fact coconut oil has actually been proven to lower cholesterol. It is a high carb, high sugar and fat diet that cause all the problems. Coconut oil boosts the immune system and is high in medium chain triglycerides. . I do not give credit to any so called studies from the American heart association as they are paid for their stamp of approval.

    when these guys are in their 60's, and look like they 30 then maybe but a buncha young guys talking about living longer and and healthier who still have the power of their youth driving them leaves a big hole in their credibility. yeah, they've found an awesome avenue to make money of folks and they do offer a good lifestyle alternative but so does the Art of Living, so do Buddhist teachings, living as a modern day yogi offers the exact same benefits, sustenance and sustainable living, intelligent lifestyle. what makes them different? most people who are interested in the correct way of living has heard what these guys are saying in different ways and mediums. Ben is 38 years old. vishen is 43. These guys are young and thats where the problem is. I'd like to see an 70 year old or 60 year old talking about these things. looking like they in their 30's and then i think this is plausible. Wim hoff is a guy who puts his money where his mouth is.

      Using Ben’s advice, design your day where you hot and cold shower in the am and pm after a 20 workout. Drive and take breaks throughout the day where you eat properly and do 10 mins of burpees and easy walking 4 times a day. If you drive with A partner experiment with what exercises you can do in the back of the cab. Like push ups or squats. Just some ideas I would do. If I was a driver.

      There's not alot you can do while actually driving except maintain a good posture and do breathing techniques. But obviously stop when possible and do some stretches, press ups, burpees, dips, pull ups, whatever you can do.
