- We have the chance to ask ourselves what might happen had Goku and Chi-Chi had a daughter...named Caulifla? How did this happen in Dragon Ball Z?
What If Caulifla Was Born In Universe 7? In a timeline where Universe 6 and Universe 7 swapped Caulifla and Gohan's lives around, how would the Saiyan cope as the daughter of Goku and Chi-Chi and not from Sadala? Would she be able to adapt to the world of Dragon Ball Z and having Raditz as an uncle? Would she be a good person or just as care-free as her original version? @@secoTheSonicFan Well, Caulfila might not have owned him. But, I wouldn't be surprised if Vegeta had just alienated himself from the rest of the Dragon Team with this stunt. Including Bulma, given how this is before they really got close, as well as the fact that he was intentionally harming the daughter of her best friend over some damaged pride.
So, Vegeta may still get his comeuppance, just in a different form.

Everyone's approaching this from the angle that Vegeta was trying to finally get one up on Caulifla. I prefer the angle that he knew (almost) exactly what he was doing.
The simple fact is that, given their personalities, Vegeta probably understands Caulifla better than almost anyone else, or at least understands what motivates her, because it's what motivates him: When you get down to the brass tacks, they both refuse to be subservient to anybody.
Vegeta was under Freeza's boot for decades, and now that he's free, he's going to stay free; that means being the strongest.
Caulifla doesn't mind following some rules as long as she has a choice, and so long as she has a choice, she's not going to let anyone take it away from her; that means being the strongest.
I was kinda hoping that but I'm not TOO sure. Vegeta's done alot to stoke injured pride. Though I'm sure injuring a preteen is top of the list. I almost expect him to come out of the chamber acting like it was apart of some grand plan

With this What If being so popular it has me wanting another What If I saw suggested. What If Gohan and Kale were twins? They're very similar and I think it would've forced Gohan to step up more if he had a more timid sister to look after. She also would've been the perfect daughter of Chi-Chi.
It also would be interesting to see how the Z-Team handles someone with her kind of Super Saiyan transformation so early on.
I'd like that more than seeing califula and gohan as siblings.
Yeah, great part of Gohan's unstability as a Kid before raditz show up has to do with him being extremelly shelltered, if we get another what if like this one and isbthat idea you said, Gohan meek attitude on his early years might change since Having an even meeker sibbling would make him step up, also this could also ñead to kale not being so unstable early on... UNTIL RADITZ SHOWS UP

@@protalghulnist4126 I imagine just like gohan, chichi would want to educate her academically, but I feel like very early it will show that she doesn't have the same Academic talent, or in her base, the same Physical aptitude as gohan after raditz hows up, and she will start bottleling up lack of confidence, Gohan would probably be her archor for not snap, and probably goku as well

I feel like this might be interesting and a little different than usual stuff - "What if Pilaf Gang, Oolong, Monster Carrot and Red Ribbon Army were actually serious opponents/villains instead of being mostly comic reliefs?" (may involve reworking the characters and giving them some powers). In other words, "What If Dragon Ball wasn't written as gag manga before Tien Saga?"

@@COOLERthenU There are at least two "Turned Evil" ones already (three if you count the Vegeta one but that's less "turned evil" and more "didn't become good") but those ones by their nature would end up being shorter, because it would mean they effectively become an arc villain to be defeated by the end. There's a reason LSSJ Gohan only goes bad guy by the end of his what-if.

Something that would be fun that when it comes to Caulifla's gigantification abilities, that she trains herself further in them to make herself more powerful in it. Pushing the limit of how large she can become, slowly increasing it until she can become the size of a literal mountain.
At some point, I feel like it would slow her down too much, since you don't actually become stronger with it.
We might have to go more wacky with it, like partial transformations or Broly's human form Ozaru.
Then you'll have fans requesting to put them in her pocket or even eat them.
Goku is a greater dad to Caulifla than he is to Gohan.
Because she actually likes fighting, Goku is geared towards fighting so anything or anyone who doesn't have anything to do with fighting is gonna take a back seat to fighting

Nice, I'm excited to watch this. I've been thinking, because of Caulifla's personality, arrogance, and gung-ho nature, I wouldn't be surprised if she were the first person to stack Kaioken and Super Saiyan, like in the movies. As a way to try and impress Goku, Raditz, and Piccolo

Now this is interesting. With Caulifla reaching Super Saiyan this much faster than Gohan did, I'm curious to see if the Z-Fighters will fare a little better against the androids, or more likely, if Caulifla will do better than Gohan when she inevitably fights Perfect Cell.

Man Vegeta's pride really took a hit, because of Caulfla. You can already see hints of Majin Vegeta happening in the future. Nice Piccolo and Nail fused plus it's a stronger boost too since Nail isn't dieing. I'm curious about something though since Gohan's essence is in U6 I wonder this will lead U6 Saiyans discovering SSJ earlier, because of Gohan been born in U6. 🤔 Anyways another really good part, and looking forward to the next part soon.
Can I take a moment to remark on how much I respect and appreciate your continued dedication to exploring and writing up these new and interesting ideas. Having finally tried my hand at writing out one I've been sitting on for a while, and struggling to make headway, I am so very impressed by both the speed and care you put into each of these stories, especially in regards to balancing what to keep in line with canon, and what might make for interesting changes.

@@keithcole8536 Because it still came from emotion. Namely, his frustration during sparring with Chi-Chi. Goten is more emotional than Gohan, so he had a leg up in terms of getting enraged enough to transform.
In all fairness, Cabba thought her how to go SSJ… Vegeta thought Cabba… so… the “ back tingle” is Vegeta’s fault… just saying.

I think Bulma would have told Goku what was going on immediately after Vegeta blasted the speaker. Goku was right outside the chamber, after all. Vegeta wouldn't have gotten the chance to force Caulifla into that corner.

I'm a bit torn. I think Nail mentioned fusion as a resource a bit too easily. I think I'd be fine with it if maybe he only brought it up AFTER he heard about the android threat to use it as a...noble excuse, rather than extra reasoning for what he already wanted.

@@protalghulnist4126 Before this response gets out of hand, yes, I know what storytelling is. I also know that there are multiple instances, from this channel in particular, when the next part came at a point the general populace forgot the previous events to almost a year apart. 🤔
Like many, I'll wait for the next part, but don't wanna wait till the point I have to binge watch previous episodes to catch-up on the details of what happened to get an early idea of what "may" happened. (Already limited on Internet for job purposes when videos come out fresh, & that's including Wi-Fi.) 🤷🏾

I have a feeling that Caulifla might stack Kaio-Ken on top of Ozaru and SSJ just to show she could and would probably try combining Ozaru with SSJ... That would actually be interesting Caulifla could get SSJ4 instead of having her potential unleashed by Elder Kai and would stack Kaio-Ken on top of it

Nice! I'm looking forward to how this story progresses. I'm very rarely early to these and haven't seen every video you've ever produced, but every time I do sit down to watch something of yours I enjoy myself. Please continue with this story. It's excellent. Oh and Vegeta absolutely deserved every bit of that, I kind of figured it was coming but that didn't make it any less satisfying. I'll keep things vague here so that anyone who reads comments before checking your story doesn't get spoiled.
Speaking of, I wonder if what happened with Piccolo will yield some different results personality wise as well as power wise considering the circumstances for such a thing were much different from cannon. If everyone involved is alive and well during said event, I would certainly think the influence of the other party could be stronger than cannon even if it still isn't dominant but perhaps I'm over analyzing things.
I'm sure whaevert you have in store for this series will be great and I'm eager to see how this continues to evolve. Well done as usual sir. :)

Loving this What-if, the only thing I didn’t like was the whole ‘knowing Caulifla doesn’t belong in Uni 7’ thing. It breaks my immersion in a way and has turned me off to similar what-ifs by others

Awesome! I'm loving this side of the story! In all honesty, I never would have expected Caulifla to be this much stronger! Granted in the original where she grew up in planet Sadal, most of the Sayians were completely wiped out of existence and she became the only Super Sayian there and a raising enlightenment by those around her to be like her if not better! Here, she has gotten a lot stronger a lot more quickly due to the sole trait that both Goku and Caulifla share, fighting and even better how to fight properly and ways to use her techniques without relying on rare and angered emotions alone which would only become more uncontrolled and with Goku mostly training her, she would levels that even her original self would not be able to reach now! It's incredible to see a whole new side of Caulifla, more improved and can't wait to see her become a Super Sayian God Super Sayian! And I wonder what it'll look like for Gohan and Kale to fuse if they ever do or agree upon it 🤔 I can't wait to see how all this pans out and I definitely can't wait to see what happens next! Great work MasakoX!

Also interesting to note that Piccolo is already close to his post-Kami fusion already, and still has time to train with Super Saiyans. Makes me wonder how strong he’d be here if Piccolo ends up fusing with Kami. Won’t be getting taken down by Imperfect Cell, for sure.

Caulifla goes to high school and instead of a superhero she becomes a gang leader and wipes out all the crime in Satan city, and you have this funny dance where the main force of the police and the main force of the crime world sit together at the same school.
