Woodland Hills looks too empty to be dangerous. There aren't many houses on those streets. Fairfax looks too empty to be dangerous as well. It looks like mostly grassy fields and abandoned industrial buildings. There seem to be more residents in that cemetery than in houses. Same with Union Miles Park, except no cemetery. St Clair Superior looks like it has nice houses.

There are not many houses left in any of these neighborhoods. They were dangerous.
Neighborhoods in Cali look even nicer yet there are dangerous areas.
