You are definitely a realtor. You equate list price with quality of life. I'd rather live in Lakewood with its' access to the lake and their metro park entrance, 2 public pools, Lakewood Park, a plethora of quality restaurants and bars, a great library, Beck Center for the arts, etc.
I am very pleased with my condo in Shaker Heights. A true suburb of Cleveland, it is a planned city with train service to downtown, which no other Cleveland suburb has.
We live in Akron Ohio and love it We rent and good school and mixed neighborhoods we love all the extras like shoping and groceries stores WAL-MART and Hobby Lobby Acme is our grocery store
Just by checking MLS there are about 12 homes above 1 mil in rocky river vs 2 in Beachwood let alone the 700k and 800k . 300k hets you 1200 sq foot garbage in Rocky River.
Now tell me the least affordable suburbs in Cleveland. Oh wait, you already did. I mean seriously, if you aren't a doctor at the Cleveland clinic forget about living in most of these burbs.
How you could rank Brecksville ahead of Chagrin Falls is insane! In fact it should have been in the top 3! Do you actually visit the town? I live in Hudson and it beats us in every way!
My wife was born in Akron and moved to Az at a young age. I am an Az native and we are thinking of retiring in the mentor or willowby area. Not concerned about schools do you have any tips for a desert rat?
Here’s a tip. Dont do it. I’m a Cleveland native, moved to California in 2015, back to Cleveland in 2020 (shaker area) regretted it so much. The energy of Ohio is so sad to me.. moved back to California 2023. My hubby and I decided if we decide to relocate again, it will only be on the west coast. Hubby is an Akron Ohio native.
@@bbogue4 energy as in the way it feels there. A lot of sad things happen there and you can feel it in the atmosphere. Also it’s usually grey skies and lots of seasonal depression. I hate to seem negative about it but it’s the truth. You should even google or look into quality of life there so you can have proof for yourself. To leave a state like AZ where the quality of life is one of the highest in the states, going to Ohio would be going backwards.
Hi, what do you think about Macedonia and Twinsburg? I don't have kids so I don't care as much about schools, more about safety and a sense of community.
Good surrounding cities as Northfield Village/center, Sagamore Hills. Has allot of venues like Northfield Park, Brandywine Falls, Brandywine Ski Resort, and about 15-20 drive from Blossom Music Theatre. Twinsburg... There's TwinsFest where the World Twins has a festival. Close to others cities of Streetsboro, Hudson, and of Solon. I miss these suburbans as it grew up from 96-2000/2002-2007. I do keep in contact with my school classmates that own property in Northfield, and had expressed about (high) property tax. Main roads to travel in the area are: Route 8, and Route 82. Hope this helps you as I miss living there soon much, and like to see the changes in the area; as I returned back to my hometown... South from Erie, PA. #Zippers #Home of the Channelock. Have a
The best place to live in Cleveland is where you’re loved and where you think is best for you to live. We now live in this moment in time: there is no longer a such thing as a nice neighborhood, it’s over. Watch the news.
Avoid any burbs in Cuyahoga county. They have a never ending sin tax to pay for stadiums for a bunch of lousy sports teams. Also Cuyahoga county has the highest sales tax in the state of Ohio at 8%, and as per Ohio law you pay the sales tax for the county you live in when you buy a new vehicle, no matter what county you buy it in.
I'm from cleveland and all this list is a list of the most affluent cities in town. This dude basically did very little here with this list. Anyone from cleveland will tell you Lakewood Oh, is the perfect balance of affluence and normalcy. The 2 best suburbs in Cleveland for cost of living and fun are Lakewood, Oh., and Cleveland Hts. All the rest of the towns listed have very very high costs of living and extremely stuffy residents...Not that it matters but PP and Beachwood are both extremely Jewish Communities and have residents with insane amounts of cash...No thanks.
I love Lakewood..diverse, tons if variety, good schools, on the lake…nice parks, close to downtown
Lakewood I definitely don’t like
My friend just moved to North Ridgeville, a suburb west of Cleveland, and loves it.

And a huge amount of homosexuals Lakewood is not what it used to be..
@@jondough4116 what does that matter? There’s a large amount of heterosexuals too, It’s not contagious on either side.
I am very pleased with my condo in Shaker Heights. A true suburb of Cleveland, it is a planned city with train service to downtown, which no other Cleveland suburb has.
Lakewood has 3 bus lines that run on the 3 main streets there, all go downtown.

Would you consider Lorain County suburbs? Avon is nice. I like Amherst quite a bit too.
Tell me you're from the east side without telling me you're from the east side
Hahaha exactly. Hudson is a suburb of Akron. Moreland Hills??? East side bias.
No Westlake, Mentor, Strongsville, NoRo or Avon.
Regarding Brecksville schools, I’d encourage research into their willingness to provide an IEP to those who learning challenges.

Cute area definitely! I will have to make a video about that area soon. In the meantime , feel free to reach out and we can chat more about it!

Schools Rocky River 4th in Ohio, Beachwood 15th 😂😂😂😂
Lmao Beachwood schools before Rocky River schools 😂😂😂😂
These are hardly suburbs for the average population of Ohio.

Everyone knows that BAY VILLAGE is the best place to live.

That's fine. We don't want anti-Semites living among us anyway.
Beachwood is a horrible city to live in I don't know what you're talking about bro go drive around it'll take you 30 minutes to get to 3 Street
Stay the HELL out of the Suburb of EAST CLEVELAND!
