Pedro my 991.1 Door Pull, the part that you grab, is Pebble Grey and discolored. It looks horrible. Can just this piece be replaced? I can't find anything on the internet and it's 12-18-23

How do you guaranty the airbag from deploying properly? what type of testing have you done to test proper airbag deployment? hope to get a answer back, thanks.
We don’t touch the airbag. That stays in the car.
When we repair the door panel we use custom designed fasteners that break off if the airbag deploys. Our repairs replicate what the factory designed the panel to do in case of an airbag deployment.
Pedro, I have read that they "warp" and you are saying they "delaminate". There is a difference. Does the panel actually warp or does the covering delaminate.
People call it warping, but it's really delimitation. Some do however get to the point of warping, but it's a small percentage. Regardless, we can fix either condition.
Before removing the door panel, does the car battery need to be disconnected?
No, it does not. There's no live voltage within the panel.

Repaired examples look like new panels. Shipping from the West coast (2 panels using our discounted rate with max size box of 48"x8"x24" is about $58 each way)
Ugh, I just finished a DIY fix for this using fiberglass and superglue. Mine were warped badly
Not a good idea. Any repair on these panels MUST consider the safe deployment of the side impact airbag.
Securing it with fiberglass is not recommended.

I urge you not to try to go at it yourself. You won’t find the correct adhesive ( not sold on the market) and more importantly you won’t have the fasteners that will guarantee that the Airbag will do its job if it ever deploys.
Let us take care of it correctly the first time, before warping and deforming of the panel starts to happen.
