I feel you dude. I'm 13 and am struggling with all sorts of tics. I know I don't have the worst of it like some people do, but still its hard to deal with. My tics come in a variety of muscle clenching, minor auditory ticks, eye blinking, and just all sorts of bad stuff. I'm glad to hear that it subsides as you get older, cause this sucks. Hang in there man, I remember thinking I'd never have a normal life, but I do. Good job, beautiful wife and friends. Getting involved in a good church has helped greatly, puts everything into perspective.
