Very good video with one exception. Antifreeze selected is propylene glycol and your particular product only protects to -2 degrees F. Manufacturer recommends ethylene glycol which protects to-35 degrees F. This may work in Florida but if you use this particular Antifreeze in Northern and Central states, it will freeze up and crack your engine block thus voiding your warranty

Thank you great video. Just what I needed. Getting too hot is a real problem. Question: Does your radiator gaurd cause a hotter coolant temp?

Yes it did so I swapped it for a honeycomb style and no more issues.

Curious, how about a different thermostat, instead of the 170, a 180 to slow down the constant flow, so the coolant has more time in the radiator to cool. Worked in the jeeps when I was a kid.

Hey bro. Isn't the antifreeze color for the metal model from which the engine is built? Aluminum or cast iron? Does it not affect the semerings?
