Arbury Hill?
I reckon the Nene begins just west of Watford village in the spring rising just north of Venture Caravans. The stream drops into the GU canal then overflows out a hundred yards south.

Hi, Tom here...Thank you for a very interesting video. I am currently thinking about Kayaking the river Nene in May this year from Northampton to the Dog and Doublet Lock outside Peterborough and I was hoping you might be able to help me please. I am due to carry out a recce of the river on March the 18th, the main objective is to find a point to put my kayak in the water and to establish a point where the Nene first truly becomes Navigable as I want to experience as much of the river as I can. I hope you can help, fingers crossed.
