Loi. Love your channel and I'm super inspired by your climbing. My guy you are TIRED. Stop climbing. The further into fatigue you dig the longer it takes to get out. Your body clearly doesn't want to be pulling on edges rn and that's ok.
It’s so weird seeing someone climb at Allez up as I climb at there sister company gym (almost the same) in Nova Scotia. The setting is so different yet the same at the same time!
On the topic of shoulders: A physio explained to me that people have either stable shoulders or mobile shoulders. Usually people lean heavily one way or the other. There's little to no benefit to training shoulder stabilization if you're someone who struggles with shoulder mobility and vice versa! Work on that mobility my boy, u got strong shoulders already!
Maaan, you should have tried liquid chalk as a base and then powdered one on top. I have really sweaty hands myself too, and I found that really helpful on friction dependent moves cause of the alcohol in there that helps to dry your skin a bit more.
"I have bad shoulder mobility and everyone says you have too much muscle" Good Joke :D even if you had ‘too much’ muscles, that would not be an argument for bad shoulder mobility.
Wet and dry fire:why fire?
real af

this was a couple of weeks ago I'm a lot better now. Vid is a little exacerbated because I nuked my CNS right before this session for no reason.
Sick vid once again! Would love to see a gym training session with just weight lifting exercises focussed on climbing hard.
May be in the pipeline! I don’t really do these sessions though. And they can also be highly specific.
@@loiduongjr Looking forward if you do end up making one, nonetheless I’m enjoying your content 🙌🏼
That yellow boulder looks really fun, gotta try it next time I go, fire video like usual!
It’s super fun worth the visit!
@@loiduongjr Yeah its 10$ at the moment I'll go for sure!
I quite like the way you load up a lachet swing, bending the elbow to start, Kip, then straight arm for the swing 👌 looks super clean
Def feels good that way!

yes indeed for sure haha. I have neglected upper body mobility in general this whole time.

Yes I always forget this because I don't want to buy it and when I have good skin I don't need it. Gotta go find a tube somewhere!
you dont have to buy it the recipe is so easy. Chalk + alcohol basically lol
where do they post the new sets at allez up?
I don't think they do but some setters probably post is on instagram.
Yea the setters just share the stuff they’re proud of on their story sometimes.

Indeed. People are funny.
