Dawaasho wanaagsan! This short video clip will showcase one of my many trips to Laascaanood- the capital of the Sool region. Whilst in motherland I discovered as well as explored many different cities, which were all great and interesting in their own way, but I found Laascaanood very desirable for several reasons. Firstly, Laascaanood is one of the most successfully planned city in the country. The city has the correct arrangement and mix of buildings (which are beautifully built) as well as establishments, wide enough roads for the different modes of transportation, and in contrast to some of the major cities, it is not overly populated. Furthermore, unlike what we are fed on social media, it is very safe and the people are extremely welcoming and pleasant. When looking for natural beauty in regards to back home, Laascaanod most certainly comes first, with its beautiful mountains which surrond the city and clear sky, you will most definitely be feeling amazed. That was 2007 and there was no city in Somalia that looked good before 2007, come on 2007 to 2022 Somaliland could have done better than these, you should know that Hargeisa was Also not good in 2007 but now its better than Laascaanood, All cities in Somaliland were not good but now Some cities look waay betterthan others becausethey got more safety more investment such as Hargeisa, but laascaanood got nothing Except Dry Buildings! Somaliland did nothing there, there's no good roads there, they don't encourage trees and SOMALILAND does nothing to those who cut off the trees, There's lots of Mischief there and worst of All these is that the Safety Is nill every year Someone is killed secretly and SL responses with "we don't know the killer". Thd City would be as Boorama or hargeisa if Somaliland Cared it alot and do many jobs there, but it's nothing, just houses built by local people will not make the City look good, And Somaliland only takes Taxes from people but doesn't make the safety strong, and they build nothing just Buildings without trees, without roads. and Now Somaliland is it's self destroying the City with wars and attacks!
Beautiful lascanod just needs trees,plant a lot of trees in the city and it will become one of the most beautiful city in somalia🇸🇴
