Hey all, we're back and for another unboxing of Bolt Action from Warlord Games.
This time we're looking at the German Grenadiers, a fond build for Justin as he plays Germans in his squad.
How would you play the Grenadiers in your battle?
You _can_ make these as mid-war Grenadiers, you just don't use the StG 44's, G 43's and whatever other late war gear on the sprues. There are plenty of Kar-98s and MP40s for a mid-war platoon.
By 1944 most German helmets were made without decals. They were useful for enemy snipers and started to be covered up as early as the invasion of France. By 1941-42 new helmets sent to front line units were unmarked. But in second line, garrison or replacement units they could be seen through out the war.
very handy bit of info, i didnt know that, many thanks :)
@@MarkusJonJonsson German's considered sniper rifles and everything associated with them to be dishonourable.
They used them dumb ass
Their plastics look so much better than their metal figs. Those decals are not the easiest to handle but they do look great on a mini. Good video!
I dig the Sabaton hoodie.
The historical buffs may _try_ to give me a smack, but that would end very badly. :D
Great review! You guys always make me laugh too!!
Nice kit! Warlord Games, please take all my money!!!
I'm getting those today
Was that a HELLSING abridged reference?
Nice looking figures, what was wrong with the panzerfaust guy? I hoped Justin had him holding it backwards or something like that, perhaps the dude with the gun he can't fire cos of wrong ammo trained him!
+Halidon Panzerfaust guy not looking down the foldable sight, even though he looks ready to fire?
you have to flip up the sight to fire but maybe he is close enough he does not require it?
Firing from the hip perhaps, could lead to an interesting outcome for him, pull the trigger and immediately followed by executing a 360 spin with a double pike :)
+Halidon panzerfaust were a "recoilless" weapon, the blast blows out the back of the tube so the recoil is minimal. You would be fine as long as you didn't vent the blast against yourself or a buddy.
Historically veterans would not aim down the sights anyway usually fire the panzerfaust at point blank range at a tank so sights were not needed.
Please unbox the IJA infantry the SNLF infantry
Alguien sabe donde puedo conseguir estas figuras y vehículos militares soy mexicano y he tratado de conseguir pero no se donde se los agradecería gracias

do people really care about the historical aspect of this game i like to field what i like
Most definitely. We say, play what you like however some like to stay very accurate to their scenarios.

How realistic is to field US and GB units side by side ?
As in M5 with Firefly and Churchill ?
Buying 4 triple kits by PSC in 1:72 and wondering what to field together.
