- Today I’m reviewing the Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 V2 Geode! The Yeezy Boost 700 Geode released on March 23rd for $300. The Yeezy 700 Geode features a chocolate brown upper with a gum outsole. Best colorway of the 700 in my opinion. I always wear blacks and grays. Not much of a bright color fan. So these are perfect for me. Thanks for the review Seth!

I like the fact on this channel he gets straight to the shoe no bull and his description of every shoe is always refreshing. And he keeps it real it really looks like a hiking shoe too lol.

I think that the beauty of these is that it looks like a futuristic hiking shoe. It matches perfectly the vibe and concept Kanye’s been building lately; but I kinda feel you, it feels like a standard sneaker, like one more of the collection. I personally love them, but I get why they would get overhated.
Way to keep it real. I think if these were released in fall going into winter, it'll help. Looks like a solid winter shoe

I think most people believe your sentiments on these, and that's probably why they sat for two days online. I personally like them, shout out to those who didn't because they were really easy to cop, but kudos to you, Seth, for your honest and very fruitful opinion.
copping these in 2021, had to see what seth thought :) the silhouette is so fire, and this colorway is solid, i love how lowkey it is. Honestly might prefer these to the 350...
Again an honest review, that’s a great point. To me those are a cop, I was not sure about the mauve mostly cause the top of them are kind of one single block color, I like the geode cause there is more color shades variation on the top.
And I wanted a dark 700 to add to my collection. Maybe the triple black v2 will be a better colorway, wait and see...

Ingredients
* 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips (contains milk)
* 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
* 2 large eggs
* 2 teaspoons vanilla
* 2 1/4 cups unsifted flour
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375ºF.
2. Stir flour with baking soda and salt; set aside.
3. In large mixing bowl, beat butter with sugar and brown sugar at medium speed until creamy and lightened in color.
4. Add eggs and vanilla, one at a time. Mix on low speed until incorporated.
5. Gradually blend dry mixture into creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
6. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
7. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
Note: The 2 cups of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips can be substituted with any variety of chip flavor (i.e.- Milk Chocolate Chips, 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Chips, etc.)

Great review. Just got mine from stockx and to my surprise they're worn. Dirty outsoles, creases, and stained insole! Might grab the tephras, but don't want to get burned. Again.
I copped. For me, I thought the Salt and Static 700’s were the least interesting, but for me, the 700’s strength is in the comfort and quality. Tough to beat.
And earth tones are nice. Sometimes you want to flex, without making an over the top statement.
Really happy I decided to not cop online knowing I’d find them in store and going out so I can try them on. One I tried them on didn’t seem worth it at all
People are hating on these just like the Yezzy 500’s Utility black. And guess what happened the price went up on those real quick I bought em when they were down at 270 and now look at the price. I’m pretty sure these are gonna climb up too. Copped for surely !
The 700 Inertia were my 1st yezzys. Very comfortable shoe. I was gonna grab these Geo’s but I like the Waves. So for $320 with shipping I was like I’ll just pay a few more dollars & get the waves.

True to sz for me. Although 700s tend to feel just a bit snug at first wear, it gets easier after a few wears.

No sure if this will be read. I think the reason for many similar colorway with different name, is to handle production constraint of production of color batch mixing. I herd in textile that its hard to color match 2 separate batches to each other even if its the same mixture ratio at a scale. Things wont look exactly the same even tho you try to do the same color. I suspect that they just rolled with this idea and name things differently when they crank out sneakers. Imagine if they make mauve in a few different batches all with different looking mauve hues variation, consumer might call for BAD Quality control and prefer one over others...anyway that why I suspect that there is similar colorway with different name.
you say that the shoes are boring.... give it time... they'll grow on you, you'll change your mind.
I wear half a size down on this and remove the insole pretty much good fit..

The geode is shades if grey. Not actually brown which is odd they you kept referring to them as having brown. Maybe the lighting gave that impression but it’s definitely composited with shades of grey tones. The shoe is fire but to each his own.

I really like the Yeezy 700 silo, especially the Mauve! Inertia is alright, waverunner is meh (in my opinion), but this one is gross! So funny how much a slight change between the mauve and geode can spark such a different reaction in me. Don’t like the 3M midfoot hit, looks childish to me... missing the lack of a splash of colour

Visiting this a year after release, they are my favorite shoes to throw on and wear, and after all the wear they still look deadstock. Absolutely love these and is a must cop for the now way under retail price. Hope this helps someone

I’m confused. Why do the stripes look almost white or light grey when they are behind you in some of the shots? It seems like the Yeezy 700 color ways in general are tricky to photograph. Which is more accurate? Are the stripes really that light?

Are you for real dude. Look at the names of the colors in this years collection - Mauve, Geode, interia, analog, salt, taupe, cement, oil... why you would wanna put a bright colour in this collection? The odd fluro colorway thats been seen doesnt fit this range and i hope kanye stays away from that if im to be blunt about it. If he does decide to add some bright colours he'll do it by accents and highlights not as the primary color

Now that I think of it, yeah they should’ve added maybe like an olive green on parts of the midsole or something just to switch things up. But definitely still copping cuz I passed on the Mauves and I heard the v2s are more comfortable. To each there own all opinions are too be respected 💯

Because if you notice the color ways he comes up with match anything you wear it’s such a universal shoe a lot of people don’t notice yet I have the Tephra and I can literally were them with anything in my closet style that I want to pop out THEY MATCH style I want calm THEY MATCH and them under tones play a big part
