Mariane I needed this! I have been in a rut for a few mos, so I haven't had progress with my planner and lists. But with this video + the book Atomic Habits, I am quite inspired now. Thanks for the ideas!
@@station8151 hoping you get your “groove” back. I know for me this time of the year feels a bit of a lull … change of season and lead up to busy holiday season. It’s okay too to just sit in the “rut” … but see it more as a pause or a reset. You’ve got this ☺️
Great idea to add energy level next to tasks! It would make it easier to get some wins during a low energy time by scanning for those tasks. Similarly maybe flagging 5 or 10 minute tasks or color coding for context based tasks as in the book. Hmm you have got me thinking!
I love the energy levels! I do try to plan around how I mentally feel in a day too. I can tackle a lot more mentally in the morning and need more relaxing things in the afternoons. Chores are better done in the AM in those times too.
Yes, I need to get to my chores earlier in the day as I’m just so tired by the afternoon and I just can’t be bothered. Thank you for that little tip. So glad you’re here and thank you for the comment ☺️
Hi Mariane, what are these interesting pages in a small book on Minute 4:23 where you break down - the laundry project? Maybe it is interesting to see what planner you in total use actually. I found your channel right now and these stuff list is great to get all the things out of your head. Thanks and greetings from Germany. ❤

@@cferracini thank you. Sometimes we put too much on our “to do” plate and not take into account our energy, which can make a big difference to the amount we can do
Yes, my 17 y.o. son will text me from his room rather than come out to talk to me in the lounge room🤣 So glad the video’s able to give you some ideas ☺️
@MarianeCresp 😂🤣😅 Oh, that's totally normal to "discuss" items. Well, I tell him stuff & he k or what? me back. 😂🤣😅Anyway, I meant, he's part of my To Do List organization. Me: "Remind me blah, blah, blah". In return I get texts as reminders. 😂🤣 I'll try your template that I just ordered. Thank you!!
