I know you probably have another video that mentions this, but the number one supplement every woman should take to prevent birth defects (I know this video isn't about that, but...) is folate - not folic acid - b9. Every mom should know that this is extremely important. Although this video may be on another subject folate is worth an honorable mention. I am a retired teacher and saw first hand what happens when moms don't get the right nutrients during pregnancy.

Folate is the natural form of vitamin B9 in food, while folic acid is a synthetic form. High intake of folic acid may lead to increased blood levels of unmetabolized folic acid.Feb 2, 2023

But the problem is I feel nausea all the time and keep vomiting. The healthy food i used to eat before make me feel more nausea. The unhealthy food I always avoided before are most wanted food for me now. Its my big problem.

I'm so relieved that I am eating all the right things, I do not crave any fast food at all, except once for some cheesy fries, but other than that I have been drinking water, cranberry juice, eating eggs, omelets, oatmeal with fresh fruit, chia seeds, flax seeds, yogurt, quesadillas, bulgur soup, pork, salmoon, onion salad, brocolli, and lots of fruits, like plums, citrusy salads, peaches and watermelon. One thing I've noticed is that I don't eat much veggies like I used to, due to the texture, they now make me gag lol, so I have to mash them like mashed potatoes or include them in a smoothie. I also take my prenatal for optimal nutrients for my baby. 😊 Thank you for the break down, I wanted to check if there was anything I could do to boost my baby's health and intelligence. I can't wait to hold him. 🥰

Am not sure my baby is getting the 3 nutrients that you mentioned as being lactose intolerant, I cannot consume foods with wheat, corn, dairy. My natural doctor had recommended that I stick to my blood group type foods way before I fell pregnant. So am not sure if am getting the nutrients rich for 28 weeks baby. Please kindly advise!!!!!!!!!

For vegetarian DHA recommendations, I suggest watching my video on omega 3: th-cam.com/video/zkitS8TUExM/w-d-xo.html . Vegetarian sources of choline include eggs and legumes (beans, lentils, chickpeas etc).
