Excellent demonstration and very well explained. I am from East Africa and I loved the way you explained in Kiswahili. I made these cakes yesterday and they turned out excellent except they were very oily and absorbed a lot of oil from the cooking pan. What did I do wrong? Can you kindly provide some tips.
