    Only way to fix this thunder team is simply for melo to come off the bench hes got to realize this.him on the bench does these things the firstl is it helps the m bench produce points at a much higher rate.2nd it creates balance for pg and russ to only have to share shots with eachother instead of 3 ball dominant stars and also it gets a actual pf out there in patrick patterson.

    I'm a die-hard New York fan and I also was a Melo fan when he was on my team but now he's the enemy when he plays my Knicks. Phil Jackson was right when he said that Melo was a ball-stopper but so was Jordan and so was Kobe. I could never understand why Melo couldnt be like those guys. I'm sure a lot of people wish he was like LeBron but no one is like LeBron. That was never Melos game. Knicks should have known that when they traded for him. So I blame management and I blame the players. They both played their parts in the Knicks missing the Playoffs the last 4 years and not winning a championship.

      Chris Chawki Trust me I will always respect Melo for wanting to come to N.Y when no one else would. Same goes for Amare. Let's not forget he almost approved a trade to the Nets until Dolan stepped in and gave the Nuggets a better deal. Same goes for Lebron. I respect his game but I can't stand him. With Mello I still got love & respect for him. I just wish he was more like D Wade when he was able to recruit Lebron & Bosh to Miami. Even though Melo was supposed to be the 3rd guy going to Miami but that was before Melo took that money from the Knicks.

      Are you stupid? You obviously a little child linsanity was a over rated two ass weeks that did nothing but position is for MELO to come knock it out the park and get them back in the playoffs and they won 54 games the year after Lin left so wtf you talking about

      John Johnson did they go far in the playoffs? Did they make the playoffs consistently with Melo as a leader in the EAST? Nope so I don't want to hear it. That was one season. You must be a lil child since you can't remember that Melo did nothing in NY.

    Melo is not the reason why the Knicks have sucked. The real reason starts with their shitty ownership. The fact that Melo took them to the conference finals is proof that the Knicks should be kissing his ass every day

    Goes to show you get boo'd more if you actually took the team somewhere...Melo only went to the 2nd round with new york. PG took the pacers to a couple EFC and coming 1 or 2 games short of making it to the finals. I would rather get boo'd because it shows the fans are really hurt

    I would really like to see what he would have been like with the team now that they have some establishment and decided to keep Jeff hornacek and they decided to keep the bench intact everybody thinks that other team was bad no it wasn't bad they were just forced to run a triangle system that they didn't fit my long kristaps porzingis would have been a great team the only fingers having a big guy like Enis Kanter would have definitely helped them out because even though he's not that athletic he's got length and he's deceptively fast Carmelo Anthony has done a amazing job this year and getting other people involved maybe not in passing the ball because he is a one-on-one player but he does the little things like the pick-and-roll sudden pick-and-rolls up for players and doing little things like calling out on the defense and that's one thing that Billy Donovan loves bottom is because he anchors the defense and they do a great job but they turn over the ball way too much and I feel like Russell Westbrook needs to slow down and play at a better Pace that way they can be a force to be reckoned with. One thing I've learned about Russell Westbrook which his strong point is also his weak point is he plays very hard but sometimes he plays too hard and all the fast break ball is what makes him a turnover oh artist compared to half-court players like Paul George and Melo who yes they love the open shots but at the same time it is easier to have a set with a team even little small stretches when they're out there with Raymond Felton and it's Melo and PG they look very efficient with Ray and Russell Westbrook pushes too hard and doesn't get these other guys the right involvement or in their spot where they protect their craft

      Then thank god phil didn't treat him right. Smart NY fans knew he was a cancer and we're glad he's gone. He's OKC's problem now....and he is a problem over there.

    • @usmanioa
      @usmanioa 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I blame coaching the most tbh, OKC should replace Billy Donovan with Fizdale... But I'm just saying that NY's past troubles were not all Phil Jackson's fault, and Carmelo should get equal blame.
