I want to make a correction in that on PC you were able to manually lean since the beginning. It was just not added on console until Ghosts because they didn't know how to implement it on a controller I guess.
I don’t think they will bring them back. Have you seen the shenanigans people would do with it? Activision will never allow artistic creativity from either their developers or players.
I remember ghosts having the mechanic where you could pick up a briefcase that gives you a challenge to complete in that life to earn a reward. Strikezone had the best reward of the Kem strike (I think that was the name) that destroyed the entire map, changing how it looked for the rest of the game!
At 13:39, i absolutely love what you're saying about the Salvage system, and the pure reason i've been wanting supply drops be brought back to co-exist with the bundle system, so players who still paid for the game and play a lot, can still be awarded to get items they'd like from the store without handing out extra 20-30 bucks for whole bundles with unnecessary items they wouldn't want to be included with that pricetag. Heck, maybe don't even bring back the supply drop system, just have a decent daily/weekly system that rewards another currency like Salvage, so there's a way to keep coming back daily to grind for Salvage, to then after a long grind, eventually get an item from bundles you actually would like to have. WW2 is just the most underrated gem of the whole CoD franchise coated in.. well a WW2 setting which ppl tend to find boring.
Advanced Warfare's customisable killstreaks was also compounded with the fact that they were tied to your class, meaning that game had a Pick 13 Create-a-Class system. The problem with that is that people would often forgo one, or even two scorestreaks and just loop low cost UAVs and CUAVs while having extra slots to put attachments on their guns.
advanced warfare had a mechanic called fast reload where you could reload faster by tapping the reload button twice at the drawback of losing the ammo still in your magazine. i feel like that could be an interesting mechanic to bring back.
One thing I liked with MWII 2022 was that you can pick between kill streaks and score streaks. It was a good system that allowed me to pick score streaks on Objective based modes and Kill streaks on TDM.
Thanks for watching

I think people forget about Weapon Paintjobs. It was in BO3, WWII and BO4, I think? It gave more ways to make your gun look fancy.

this was such a good addition and actually fixed my reload spam for a few years because you’d burn the rest of your mag if you did it wrong
I want my beloved survival mode back!

A good campaign is the most forgotten mechanic in COD.
What about headquarters from WW2. Id love to see a social aspect like that come back.
The customizable streaks was one of my favorite parts of AW. You could turn the UAV into wall hacks😂
the Human shield is used for one thing, and one thing only. wall humping. for some reason.
Leaning was in CoD on pc with button presses
Yeah but it's very minor
Love your videos ❤
OH MY GOD. you have eric cartman? my respect to you have gone to the roof sir.
