Great video! How is the temperature control on this unit? For example, if you put frozen food in how quickly does the temperature go back up to what it’s set at?
I haven't seen a video a people frying chicken breast. I've only seen people fry small pieces of chicken like tenders. I just ordered one of these fryers and I'm wondering if I'm even able to fried chicken breasts,? If someone could reply, thank you.
You could certainly deep fry to get the crust on but then you would have to finish in an oven. The breast is just too thick to properly cook throughout while maintaining the crust.
You don't add kosher salt to fries. You use popcorn salt. I understand "David's" salt is a Jewish backed salt, so if you use it because of religious beliefs I understand. Also, you might want to add the salt right when they come out of the fryer. The double fry method is the ONLY way to cook fries at home!

That is s standard procedure, especially if you make them home made as he said he did.

There is a light that turns off once the oil is at temp

If you are frying your chips a second time before serving don't season them before this. Just season a few to much while you cook.
