If you haven't heard the song "Staying Alive ", you've been living under a rock, in a 10 mile deep cave. That was from the 1977 movie starring John Travolta "Saturday Night Fever ". And the Bee Gees stands for B, Brothers, G, Gibbs. Brothers Gibbs. Barry Gibbs, the only Gibbs brother of 4 still alive, and the twin brothers, Maurice and Robin Gibbs. Their younger brother, also a singer, Andy, died in the late 1980's. Their music list is second only to Paul McCartney. They were singers, songwriters and producers of so many songs in their lifetime and Barry, the oldest and only one still alive, is still writing, singing and producing music today. He's the one in the middle. 😂😂😂🔥💯
Bee Gees = Brothers Gibb. These are 3 brothers. Middle is “Barry who is the oldest”, Left is”Robin”, Right is “Maurice” pronounced “Morris”. Robin & Maurice are fraternal twins. Barry is 3 years older than them. They started singing ages 9 (Barry), ages 6 (Robin & Maurice). Perfect natural born harmonies. NO AUTO TUNE. The Bee Gees have a catalog of over 1000 songs. They were songwriters/composers/singers and have a career over 5 decades. Remember if you react to The “Bee Gees” no matter what decade their looks changed but it will always be the 3 brothers. Barry is the GOAT of falsetto. No one can ever compare to his unique falsetto. Robin has a heavenly vibrato. Maurice is a master harmonist. None of them could read any musical notes. They did it by ear. There are so many songs throughout the decades that you will like reacting too but may I suggest one that you’ve probably heard but didn’t realize is The Bee Gees, “Staying Alive” is probably their most recognized song. I would also suggest “Nights on Broadway” “Jive Talking” and “You should be dancing” (live version with their younger brother Andy Gibb, who also had a “solo career” and was never a part of the group known as The Bee Gees. Andy Gibb passed away in 1988. RIP Maurice Gibb passed away in 2003. RIP Robin Gibb passed away in 2012. RIP. Sir Barry Gibb is the only living Gibb brother. He will be 75 years old in September and has a new album out now called “Greenfields”. He also has a sister who lives in Australia. The Bee Gees are British, moved to Australia for several years then went back to England, then came to America where their phenomenal album “Saturday Night Fever” skyrocketed them into astronomical fame. These brothers had effortless talent. They rank 2nd only to The Beatles (John Lennon, Paul McCartney). Welcome to the rabbit hole of endless talent that is known as “The Bee Gees “. Happy listening & enjoy the ride. P. S. SORRY FOR THE LONG COMMENT.
Their voices are so beautiful. Barry is the lead. Robin is the one with his hands on his hips & Maurice is the one with the short hair. They had another brother Andy who could sing, but he was solo. U should check out You Should Be Dancing video all 4 are in it. It's from the Staying Alive soundtrack. Also their video 2 Staying Alive 💜
They are brothers. Twins Robin (hands on hips) and Maurice on the other side ,and older brother Barry in the middle. Had a younger brother Andy that died in the 80s.(solo career). Barry is the only living sibling. They did the album for Saturday night fever. They have been singing together since the 60s. Look them up. I grew up with them. Love the Bee Gees! Listen to..to love somebody!
Hands on hip and in pockets, they sang this song effortlessly. No auto tune, only one microphone. No gimmicks, just pure raw talent! I’m 72 years old, and I still get goosebumps whenever I hear this song’s made in heaven sound.
This is 1 rabbit hole you won't regret going down..they are brothers ..their songs are endless ..timeless..they are the greatest in my opinion..they have touched so many hearts and so many generations..God bless you, young man..enjoy the ride, and RIP, Maurice and Robin ..Bary, the one in the Middle is the only one of the Gibb brothers left.❤
The song was written for Unicef. The brass on this song was done by the group Chicago. The Bee Gees collaborated with Chicago on the song Little Miss lovin. They wrote 3 songs in one day. $7 MIL the song made for Unicef. In my opinion the greatest group of all time. Apart from Too much Heaven my favorites are ONE, When the Bell toles, and Words. RIP Mo, Robin, and Andy.
Some Bee Gees info; Brothers Barry, Maurice & Robin Gibb all had fantastic voices, all could sing falsetto (though Barry had the strongest, sustainable falsetto) & all sang lead on various songs. They began in 1955 as The Rattlesnakes, (Barry age 9, the twins almost 6). 1958, were renamed BG’s/Bee Gee’s. Their 1st international hit was 1967, "Massachusetts", which hit #1 in 13 countries. In the US alone, starting in 1967, they had 30 top 40 hits (23 in top 10, 9 #1s & 6 releases were consecutive #1s). Worldwide, over 120 million records sold. 22 studio albums. 83 singles. 2 live albums. 15 compilations. 4 Soundtracks, including Saturday Night Fever, the 2nd largest selling soundtrack of all time (in Library of Congress, as Culturally Significant). 3 Grammys, plus Grammy Legend & Lifetime Achievement Awards. Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Songwriters Hall of Fame (1031 songs by Barry, Robin & Maurice, together, alone or with others). Wrote hits for Diana Ross, Dionne Warwick, Barbra Steisand, Frankie Valli, Samantha Sang, Dolly Parton & Kenny Rogers & more (many also produced by Barry). Barry is the only songwriter in history to have 4 consecutive #1 songs on US charts. Starting with Bee Gee's Stayin Alive, hit #1 Feb. 4 & held for 4 weeks. March 4, was bumped by brother Andy Gibb’s (Love is) Thicker Than Water, #1 for 2 weeks. That was displaced by Bee Gee's Night Fever, #1 for 8 weeks, followed by Yvonne Elliman's If I Can't Have You, #1 week of May 13. Since Barry co-wrote all 4, from Feb. 4, 1978, till mid-May 1978, with no gap, a song (co) written by Barry Gibb held the #1 position. Not many will ever come close to their career.
They were not only great singers, but great songwriters too. They wrote for several other artists. At one point, they had 5 songs in the Top 10, and 4 if them were in the Top 5!
We love when young people like yourself can enjoy the music us older folks grew up with! The Bee Gees are 3 brothers who have been singing together since the late 50's. Barry (the one in the middle with the amazing falsetto) is the oldest and the only one still alive today and still performing. The ones on the ends are Robin & Maurice who are twins. They had another younger brother Andy Gibb who also passed away. This song was the band's contribution to the "Music for UNICEF" fund. They performed it at the Music for UNICEF Concert on 9 January 1979. The song later found its way to the group's thirteenth original album, Spirits Having Flown. It hit No. 1 in both the United States and Canada. Great reaction!! :)
Great reaction, I love watching people fall in love with the Bee Gees and their music.🥰 "How Deep is Your Love" "Fanny Be Tender With My Love" "You Should Be Dancing" "More Than a Woman" "Jive Talkin" The Bee Gees song catalog runs DEEP my friend! Enjoy the Journey!
Here’s more “One” “Islands in the stream” “To Love Somebody “ “You Win Again” “Still Waters” “Tragedy” “Nights on Broadway “ “Lonely Days” “I’ve got to get a message to you “
Meet "Barry Gibb - King of Falsetto" eldest brother of this incredible trio! You will NEVER again hear in-sync harmonies like those of Robin, Barry & Maurice Gibb. "How Deep is Your Love" (Official video) NEXT SONG to hear! SO many more..."Staying Alive" "You Should Be Dancing" "Fanny Be Tender" "Nights on Broadway" "Jive Talkin" "To Love Somebody"... I've been a fan since the 1970's and had the absolute privilege of seeing the Bee Gees in concert - YES, they sounded exactly like what you've heard - complete professionals on stage. I'm so happy a NEW audience is discovering the amazing Bee Gees, and hearing these fantastic songs, enjoying them, just as I had when I first heard them in the 70's!
Bee Gees stands for the "Brothers Gibb". The one in the middle is Barry Gibb. He is currently 75 years old and the only one of the three who is still alive. The other two were twins. Robin Gibb on the left and Maurice Gibb (with the beard) on the right. They have had countless hits. You might have heard their music in the movie Saturday Night Fever. They really were incredible! No cursing, no bragging, no degrading of women,, no autotune, no gimmicks, no bullshit, just PURE TALENT! They don't make music like that anymore. They also had a younger brother, Andy Gibb. He was pretty amazing, too, and he also had some pretty big hits. Unfortunately, he passed away just 5 days after his 30th birthday in 1988. Check out his music, too. I'd like to see a review to his song, I Just Want To Be Your Everything.
Robin started as lead singer in the 60’s. Maurice was a genius at arranging harmonies. Barry was what we used to call a “stone cold fox”. Thanks for your reaction
You have a LONG road my brutha the BeeGees wrote or performed over 100 top ten hits; from the late 1950’s till 2000’s! Barry and a sister are the only left of 5 siblings. Robin on left, Barry middle, Maurice..pronounced Morris
So I've gotta warnya! 1961 up to 2001, endless list of songs, they created. Maybe kinda best singing group ever! It's like opening Pandoras box. Remarkable songs (short list): 'To Love Somebody', 'Massachusetts', 'I've Gotta Get A Message To You', 'How Can You Mend A Broken Heart', 'Jive Talking', 'Wind Of Change', 'How Deep Is Your Love', 'Staying Alive', 'Tragedy', 'You Win Again', 'For Whom The Bell Tolls', 'This Is Where I Came In'. Wish you lotsa fun and I'm sure, you'll have!
All brothers...Barry is the main singer here, the other 2 are his fraternal twins, singing together since very small kids. They have a brother, Andy Gibb, and theyve sang back up for him.listen to Fanny, be careful with my love❤️
They are awesome. Barry's voice really stood out but when he sang with the twins they were something else. Their younger brother Andy was also good. He died at a young age so sad. Rest In Peace, Maurice, Robin and Andy😔🙏
You just stumbled onto the best group ever. They are exceptional in everything they attempt. They are writer, singers and great vocals. They come from the 60s and still continue to this day except there is only 1 brother is left. They have had many # 1 hits they did most of the music for Saturday Night Fever. It's truly amazing. I have grown up with them and have spent many many hours of their music, have never got tired of them. I Love the Bee Gee's. Great reaction!! To Love Somebody.... How deep is your love..their are hundreds. Thank you
BeeGees are the greatest singers/songwriters in the world. No. Not just a disco group. Barry (the oldest brother) would get pissed when anybody referred them by that title. They wrote over 1000 songs. They started singing in 1958. (Just small boys than Barry 9 and twin Robin & Maurice were 6). They have hits from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and even into 2000. Barry is the bearded one with the beautiful teeth. Fraternal twins Robin and Maurice are the other 2. Robin is on the left. Mo on right. pure talent no audio help no retakes pure talent.
I am 52 years old, and have been listening to the BeeGees all my life...and listening to this song with you I have the same reaction...I just get CHILLS!! This is musical PERFECTION!!
He started singing when he was 9 and Robin,Maurice were 6. They have 5 decades of music so there’s a lot to listen to. They donated this song to UNICEF. They made no money on it.
They practically invented the disco sound in the film, Saturday Night Fever, around the mid-70s. Before that, they did mostly pop and ballad type songs. Like 'I Started a Joke', with the guy on the left, Robin, as the lead singer in that one. 'Words', and 'I Gotta Get a Message to You' were more of their older hits you'll enjoy. 'Staying Alive' was a big disco hit for them.
I just saw this, on your channel. I am 70,had graduated Georgia Tech 2 years before they did this. The late 60's and especially the 70's well into the 80's had simply the best music hands down. Radio Stations across the South tried them all out first and had a special way of running the music into each other, we sang to it as we drove and worked in Atlanta. Other than church music, my favorites were the Bee Gees and this song my favorite by far, I have played and sung to it all my life. And many of their others. Welcome to the best music, and REAL music!!!! So uplifting and timeless!!!!
"YOU SHOULD BE DANCING " has to be your next song from them, it has all 4 brothers on stage- rare!! All but one are gone from this world - they r survived from the oldest brother who is in the middle with the GREAT VOCALS !! 😇
If it hasn't already been said, these guys were about 6 and 8 when they started singing in 3 part harmony. They were an incredibly poor family. Robin and Maurice are fraternal twins. Their younger brother Andy was a highly popular solo artist. Barry has said that Robin's voice is higher than his and in certain instances, what you hear and think is Barry is actually Robin. If you listen to "Alone" 1997, you will hear Robin singing in his normal voice whereas Barry is singing falsetto. Barry also said they all could sing falsetto. Just dig into their history and you will be fascinated. They are truly gentleman and kindhearted. Just a side note, Robin had a wicked sense of humor. Example, on one video, the 3 are lined up, Robin in front, Mo in the middle, and Barry third. Robin is talking about a popular UK government official. To make fun of him, with a straight face, Robin said, if you put him in a barrel of t*tt*es, he'd come out sucking his thumb. I'm a 66 y/o F and that's one of the most hilarious off-the-cuff comments I have ever heard.
Shot in one take , no auto tune just pure raw talent... "singers" today can't even come close to these brothers ... Take away auto tune and none of today's singers would sound even worth listening to .. Even Beyonce can't do it without auto tune .. NONE of the so called artists today can come close to what music is really like .. The 70's and 80's had the very best REAL musicians in the history of music.
The best harmonist band of all time ...... That includes all races as well ... I am a music lover ..... 57 years old and I've listened to everything from the 70s till today and I'll say this to anyone who got any kind of argument that there not the best of the best !!!! Then they don't know music !!!!!! Just stop it !!!!!! These three voices were straight from heaven !!!!!! Greatest harmony trio of all time !!!!!!!!! For Real !!!!!!!
There it was when you tapped your heart!! You've become captivated by Barry and his brothers Robin & Maurice. Loved seeing that. Their catalogue is huge!!!!
I will NEVER get tired of watching reactions on TH-cam of youngsters (30 & below) getting speechless 😮 to the music 🎶 I lived ... 😊😊 BEE GEES JOURNEY AC DC ELVIS DOOBIE BROTHERS EAGLES PLAYER etc... Thanks for the memories ❤❤❤
Three brothers, Barry in the middle, Robin and Maurice are twins, born in UK, moved to Australia when young, then came back to UK and became the Bee Gees, the Gibb brothers,x
Your reaction to the BeeGees Too Much Heaven is priceless!! You have discovered the brothers who had perfect pitch and harmonies!! Please listen to more of their music and incredible voices!
There are 4 brothers. Andy was the youngest and a solo artist and the first of the brothers to pass away. Barry is the oldest and the only brother still alive. Recorded from the 60s to the 90s. They were the biggest songwriters of the 70s and 80s. Many hits performed by other artists were written by them.
T Champagne's listing their original Big Hits. They aren't too different from their more contemporary ones, either - the same talent, the same songwriting. The only thing that's different is these songs have stood the test of time, and still sound BeeGees-fresh. I would definitely recommend these songs and just about every other one. There are borings songs, or ones I don't care for - but far far fewer of those than the ones I enjoy.
I am so sad these men no longer create this beautiful beautiful misic. I am however extremely grateful I grew up with these men and enjoyed their God given talent.
Bee Gees Songs (with year released): Fanny (Be Tender with My Love) 1975, How Can You Mend a Broken Heart 1971, How Deep is Your Love 1977, I've Gotta Get a Message to You 1968, Jive Talkin' 1975, Love So Right 1976, Love You Inside Out 1979, More Than a Woman 1977, Night Fever 1977, Nights on Broadway 1975, Stayin' Alive 1977, To Love Somebody 1967, Tragedy 1979, You Should Be Dancing 1976 The songs released in 1977 are from the movie soundtrack Saturday Night Fever starring John Travolta.
You are shocked initially then you smile next you cry and then smile again, all the time your mouth is hanging open. This undoubtedly the best song ever made.... thank you thank you thank you Bee Gees.....
The brothers Gibb. Barry Gibb the tallest , Robin Gibb the lanky one, and Maurice Gibb. Maurice and Robin are paternal twins. They had a younger brother Andy who had a brief solo career before he passed away. They are born in England, raised in Australia and finally settled in Miami Florida. Their music spans 3-4 decades. Super song writers and singers as a group. Stellar harmonies and have so many hits we've lost count. Great guys who were born to sing. Stayin Alive was a big hit from the Disco era. Real catchy beat. But there are so many you have to check out. You're reaction was spot on. We know you got a good ear for great music.
The part in the song that am loving so much it’s towards the end he where he keeps singing/repeating, love, love, love, anyone with me, anyone noticing this part at the end, just so beautiful, it just the way he does, oh Barry, Barry!
The Gibbs brothers. Barry was the oldest, the other two Robin and Maurice were twins and another brother Andy who wasn't in the band but he sang also. They made the 70s music awesome!! They were all really great singers!!
If you watch the Fanny Be Tender With My Love video you'll see why they sound so good together. They blend flawlessly because whether singing in a normal tone or their falsetto they all sound eerily alike. Although Barry's voice stands out among the three. Three great talents. Their music will live on forever.
I ran across you by looking for Bee Gees reactions; your going down the rabbit hole!! The Bee Gees were the greatest ever! Their music touches your heart and soul!! Watch Fanny be tender with my love!! ❤️ Barry is the oldest, Robin and Maurice were twins. They have been singing together since they were kids! Their harmonies are perfect! They also wrote a lot of songs for other people that were big hits!
These guys. They were amazing. The Bee Gees, meaning Brothers Gibb. Sadly the only one still alive is the oldest brother, Barry, the one in the middle.
Great reaction! That’s Barry Gibb in the middle, Robin in the white shirt on the left, and Maurice (pronounced Morris) on the right. Robin and Maurice are fraternal twins and are 3 years younger than Barry. This song was released at the height of their career but at this point they had been singing together for 20 years. So these beautiful harmonies were almost like breathing for them… They just came naturally. You should check out Night Fever, Fanny (Be Tender with My Love) and You Should Be Dancing, just to name a few.
You are listening to a famous very high range falsetto voice. When he speaks normally he has a lovely deep voice. Growing up with all this great music was the best of times man.
Hi! The movie is SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER with John Travolta from 70's. Awesome movie. They did the soundtrack for movie. ❤️ Lead singer is Barry Gibb. They had another brother who sang solo Andy Gibb. They are all brothers. Just think.... NO AUTO TUNE 😂
This song wasn't in Saturday Night Fever. (I've been wrong before though. LOL) Now, he may have recognized Barry's falsetto from that movie, certainly.
On HBO max is their documentary, How do you mend a broken heart. It's excellent, and it shows how their music changed, and believe it, they had the Saturday night fever songs already wrote when the producer of the movie asked for music for the movie. ❤️
Ahhh yes, the Bee Gees do great ballads, though disco sent the brothers through the roof, and are probably crowned the kings of disco.... Must listen songs are.... Night Fever, Staying Alive, You Should Be Dancing and Jive Talking...
This song is from the movie SATURDAY NIGHT Fever with John Travolta. There were (4) brothers: Andy, Maurice, Robin and Barry Gibb. Andy Gibb was the youngest and passed away at age 30 years old in 1988. Maurice Gibb passed away in 2003 and Robin Gibb passed away in 2012. Barry Gibb is the only surviving brother left.
Pure magic. Barry did most of the lead singing but they were all incredibly talented on their own. But together they were awesome. “ How Deep is Your Love”, “Fanny Be Tender”, “Nights on Broadway”. They reinvented themselves every decade and only got better.
Jacqui816 - You must be a relatively new fan. Barry did not do most of the lead singing. That was only in the "disco" era. Robin and Barry usually sang lead both together and apart. A lot of their early hits were sung by Robin. A fan since 1967.
@@susieq9801 thank you for your response. I know Robin did most of the early songs, & I’ve also been a fan since the 60’s. It seems to me, although I could be wrong, in the overall catalog, Barry took over, maybe too much of the time. Not to diminish him in any way. I kind of put it off to “older brother syndrome”, & I’m sure it contributed to the difficulties between Robin & Barry. I think many of the later songs would have been better with the plaintive sound of Robin’s voice, and I also wish there were more songs with Mo taking the lead. But since he was caught between two fairly large egos, and appears to have been the most sensitive, I hope he was truly content to be that third voice that made their distinctive harmonies, and to be the wonderful multi instrumentalist and composer that he was. And also the referee apparently. They’re all fantastically talented, but personally I think Robin had the most beautiful, emotive voice.
@@leosag816 - Sorry if I slighted you thinking you a new fan. I was born the exact same day and year as the twins, my only vicarious claim to fame. I agree on all counts. Robin's voice was exquisite and he deserved more recognition. I actually found Barry's falsetto and whisper annoying. I liked his natural voice. Both Robin and Barry were stubborn and Robin felt, I believe rightfully so, that he was pushed to the back of the bus for pretty Barry. If anyone was sensitive it was Robin and as he admitted himself, overly so. Barry publicly disparaged Robin as a trouble maker more than once but I think he just didn't like to be challenged by his upstart little brother. Too much older brother syndrome. I never heard Robin say anything mean about Barry. Robin was shy but stood up for himself because he knew he had talent. The Gibbs were a family with a definite pecking order and Robin wouldn't follow the family rules. I think he paid for breaking the chain of command for the rest of his life. I also admired his intellect, eccentricity and wit. He was a true renaissance man in a modern world. Mo just went with the flow and was always stuck between them and when he died the Bee Gees ended. Robin was desperate to go on but Barry rebuffed him and withdrew. Everyone grieves differently. Half of Robin died with his twin, no doubt. Cheers!
@@susieq9801 I don’t feel slighted at all & apparently we think alike. I do feel sorry for Barry bring left with the memories. It’s particularly sad when you see how close they were as children. Barry was the traditionally handsome one, but those Pisces twins had a special aura about them. Barry has had to live with a lot. After both Andy & Mo we’re gone, it’s really a pity that he couldn’t just give Robin what he needed. Losing a twin had to be a class of grief all by itself. But I’m really enjoying watching younger people discover The Bee Gees. It’s funny how many of them are awestruck by Robin after they initially hear Barry front & center with How Deep is Your Love and Too Much Heaven. Suddenly they are hearing I’ve Got to get A Message To You, or Massachusetts, and they are blown away by Robin’s beautiful, powerful voice. I agree with you that Barry could have given up the falsetto after the disco era. His natural voice in the early songs was much nicer. Anyway, it’s been fun chatting with you about those wonderful Bee Gees.
@@leosag816 - Yes, the early photos of the Gibb boys showed love and fun times. I guess childhood doesn't go on for ever....although I still feel like a 10 year old myself! "Sydney" was definitely a plea to remember the good times and ask for reconciliation. Sadly Barry reconciled via a eulogy. I think Robin was needy and required acknowledgement because he was insecure both due to his looks and being shy. The twins were Capricorns. Supposedly "they can be perceived as cold and unemotional because they are so goal driven but they have intestinal fortitude by being exposed to difficulties at an early age. Having overcome those difficulties when young they can be playful, mischievous troublemakers." So much for astrology, LOL. I also agree that You Tube is opening a lot of eyes. As I've said elsewhere, if the pending movie is one sided there will be a lot of upset fans. Someone suggested Blake Jenner for Barry and Keith Urban for Robin. Whadya think? Nice meeting you as well! All the best.
I love your reaction to them! They did the soundtrack to the Saturday Night Fever movie. Staying Alive is a good one from that. How Deep Is Your Love is slower. Barry is the lead singer. He is 3 years older than his twin brothers Maurice(Morris) & Robin. Bee Gees stands for Brothers Gibb. They had a younger brother Andy Gibb who had a solo career. He died really young. His hit was Shadow Dancing.
Great reaction to my favorite group! I’ve loved their music since 1968. There are videos of them performing from 1960 (when Barry was 13 & the twins were 10) up to 2001. Their styles changed often as they always wanted to try something different. I recommend you try songs from all 5 decades. All three have incredible voices & range. Yes to all suggested songs I see so far - as a start. Thanks for sharing! I subscribed for more BeeGees!
I love your comment. Bee Gees have created the music from Heaven to make people happy. I'm still listening them cause I'm addict from so many years💓💓💓💓💓💓💓
Barry singing lead in the middle Maurice on his right and Robin on his left. Three brothers. They have a younger brother Andy who also sings. Sadly the only one left is Barry and he is still singing at 75.
American Heart Association recently adopted their Stayin' Alive as a reference to administer life saving heart compressions. Barry is the oldest, Robin and Maurice (twins - both deceased) were 3 years younger. Bee Gees (BGs) stood for Brothers Gibb. They had a younger br brother in entertainment who died five days after his 30th birthday. You have many songs to choose from with the Bee Gees.
They all had tremendous voices and all sang lead in different songs, Barry Gibb the eldest brother sings falsetto. Robin Gibb, white shirt and hands on hips, is a tenor and sings lead or shares lead a lot, and bearded Maurice, Robin's twin, sings baritone/bass up to sub falsetto. They used to joke that they were actually triplets but Barry was deformed!
YO THERE VOICES ARE ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE AND I REALLY ENJOYED REACTING TO THIS I CAN'T WAIT TILL THE NEXT ONE I REACT TO.
@@Johnrob1943 Great info! Just one thing, their last name is Gibb not Gibbs, Still, awesome info. :)
@@margaretsmith756 , never got that right. Always lump them together, that's where I get the name Gibbs. 🤣🤣🤣
RIP
Maurice Gibb passed away in 2003. RIP
Robin Gibb passed away in 2012.
U should check out
You Should Be Dancing video all 4 are in it. It's from the Staying Alive soundtrack. Also their video 2 Staying Alive 💜
The Brothers Gibb....LEGENDARY! Always shocking that people have not heard them before! The sound of my generation ~ Pure talent.
75 years young and have loved the Bee Gees all their lives. ❤
I want to see his reactions to your reaction to himm we have to get them to listen to class music 🎶
Over 1,000 songs, over one hundred top 10 singles, around 20 number one's. The greatest singing group of all time.
Yes 3 brothers. Barry, Maurice and Robin. Barry is the on in the middle. Pure raw talent. No studio no auto tune just 3 bros and an orchestra.
They donated all the royalties from this song (over 11 million) to UNICEF.
That is amazing!❤️
Someone please, bring this kind of music back.......
RIP, as well, to the youngest of the Gibb brothers, Andy.
Their harmonys are allmost unbelievable !! So so awesome !
Barry is sooo dreamy.....I'm waiting in line definitrly........!!!!!
🤘💯💯💯💯💯🤘🙏💛☯️🌞
I'm still wandering around on it😅
I just adore your enthusiasm and the pure joy you exude. The Bee Gees are legend...no one else quite sounds like them...very unique.
Man, I love when somebody hears Barry Gibb's falsetto in this song for the first time. The Brothers Gibb....LEGENDARY!
No auto tune. This is talent. This is real music. Welcome to the 70's.
Great reaction, I love watching people fall in love with the Bee Gees and their music.🥰

On the radio worldwide, a Bee Gees song is played every 20 seconds.
I've been a fan since the 60's and loved Robin. Amazing voice and vibrato! I wish people would realize they had great stuff before and after "disco".
@@susieq9801 My favorite Bee Gees songs were pre-disco, especially "Fanny Be Tender"!
The BeeGees are one of the highest selling bands of all times.
Here is the list bro
1. To Love Somebody
2. Staying Alive
3. Word
4. Night Fever
5. How deep is your love
6. Night on the broadway
7. I Started A Joke
Robin started as lead singer in the 60’s. Maurice was a genius at arranging harmonies. Barry was what we used to call a “stone cold fox”. Thanks for your reaction
Yes ma’am stone cold!!!
You have a LONG road my brutha the BeeGees wrote or performed over 100 top ten hits; from the late 1950’s till 2000’s! Barry and a sister are the only left of 5 siblings. Robin on left, Barry middle, Maurice..pronounced Morris
Did you mean from the late 60s?
Yup, about to fall down a very deep rabbit hole!
The other brother was Andy
@@eviekelpie1 they started in 1958
@@eviekelpie1 Nope, he was right. They started as kids in the 50s. Unreal!
Bee Gees is the name of this group. They are all brothers.
You have to hear How Deep Is Your Love and For Whom The Bell Tolls by Bee Gees they are truly the GOAT
I lived threw the Good times. Back in the day. I am 71
Yep, me too!! 😉
They are 3 brothers. An older brother and the younger brothers are fraternal twins.
Listen to "More than a woman". Barry sings falsetto all the way through.
Anyone who doesn’t get touched by this song just has no soul. One of the most wonderful songs ever made.
I'm 54 and I got my kids hip to them growing up now it's no stopping them ❤
He started singing when he was 9 and Robin,Maurice were 6.
The Bee Gee are timeless, I've been listening for over 55 years

When anyone watching and listening to Bee Gees performance, they will have a wonderful time ❤😊🎉
The Begee’s have written so many #1 hits for hundreds of artists
Some lesser known but really great choices are I've Got to Get a Message to You, Lonely Days, To Love Somebody, Words, and More Than a Woman.
They're definitely not lesser known, maybe to some people but not to my and my parent's generation. It's all good
T Champagne's listing their original Big Hits.
To Love Somebody is a huge classic, definitely not lesser known
Some of my favorites on this list.
Love this.
From left to right....Robin...Barry....Maurice Gibb....brothers who grew up together singing....it's cool.....
I am so sad these men no longer create this beautiful beautiful misic. I am however extremely grateful I grew up with these men and enjoyed their God given talent.
And it is really sad that Barry is the only one left of the brothers . They actually have a sister and I do believe she is still alive 🤔
Love it ! Now this is what I grew up with an thank's for letting me hear it again oh I'm 71.
They are uncomparable in the whole world of music. My opinion is still they are in top position.hats off to Bee gees
Bee Gees Songs (with year released): Fanny (Be Tender with My Love) 1975, How Can You Mend a Broken Heart 1971, How Deep is Your Love 1977, I've Gotta Get a Message to You 1968, Jive Talkin' 1975, Love So Right 1976, Love You Inside Out 1979, More Than a Woman 1977, Night Fever 1977, Nights on Broadway 1975, Stayin' Alive 1977, To Love Somebody 1967, Tragedy 1979, You Should Be Dancing 1976
The songs released in 1977 are from the movie soundtrack Saturday Night Fever starring John Travolta.
I cant believe you haven't heard of them! This reaction made me so damn happy. I laughed. I smiled. I may have cried a lil bit! 🤘😁😉
You are shocked initially then you smile next you cry and then smile again, all the time your mouth is hanging open. This undoubtedly the best song ever made.... thank you thank you thank you Bee Gees.....
The one in the middle has been knighted and is now Sir Barry Gibb.
Bee Gee stans for " B-G " "Brothers Gibb." Barry, Maurice and Robin.
The part in the song that am loving so much it’s towards the end he where he keeps singing/repeating, love, love, love, anyone with me, anyone noticing this part at the end, just so beautiful, it just the way he does, oh Barry, Barry!
Barry Gibb is the lead his twin brothers Maurice and Robin have both passed away.
They've sold over 120 Million records worldwide. Not shabby.
Wow.....almost 50 years later, still get chills everytime Barry hits that first falsetto note.....DAMN 😊
Thats the reaction everyone has with Barry.
The other 2 are the twin brothers.
They also had a younger brother that died named Andy.
🥰🎙🎼
It just blows my mind that anyone has never heard of the beegees!!!!
IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE
The Gibbs brothers. Barry was the oldest, the other two Robin and Maurice were twins and another brother Andy who wasn't in the band but he sang also. They made the 70s music awesome!! They were all really great singers!!
How deep is your love
Stayin alive
Alone, Love So Right……
They all have Great Voices!. The BeeGees!!!
If you watch the Fanny Be Tender With My Love video you'll see why they sound so good together. They blend flawlessly because whether singing in a normal tone or their falsetto they all sound eerily alike. Although Barry's voice stands out among the three. Three great talents. Their music will live on forever.
The legend Barry Gibb. My favorite since i first heard him in 1975 at 15 y/o. Saw him live in 79. Best concert ever. ❤❤Barry. The Beegees rule!!!
“I started a joke” one of their finest songs , performed by Robin’s angelic voice .
You hear snippets of Bee Gees everywhere, because everybody wishes they could do what the Bee Gees did and nobody ever will!
❤ Yes! BeeGees are heaven sent. Such a beautiful sound. Thanks for your reaction. 😊
The pause during the Barry solo was priceless!
Their voices are angelic. Jive Talkin, Stayin Alive, the list goes on and on. Enjoy!
One microphone three brothers. Beautiful harmonies❤
We had some great music back in the 60s,70s and 80s and all they had was a mike ,no autotune ,just the talent God gave them!
This is the MOST beautiful song of all time
You are listening to a famous very high range falsetto voice.
This was after Saturday Night Fever. Not in that movie.
In the 70s SINGERS DIDNT need Auto tone ,, Thats why there so GREAT ,,
On HBO max is their documentary, How do you mend a broken heart. It's excellent, and it shows how their music changed, and believe it, they had the Saturday night fever songs already wrote when the producer of the movie asked for music for the movie. ❤️
THE BEE GEES WERE AUTO TONE ,,,
This is our era of music the early seventies yes i gre up with them
Ahhh yes, the Bee Gees do great ballads, though disco sent the brothers through the roof, and are probably crowned the kings of disco.... Must listen songs are.... Night Fever, Staying Alive, You Should Be Dancing and Jive Talking...
Oh, The Brothers Gibb!! They were so good in concert!!!
Bee Gees/Staying Alive
I still listen to the BeeGees, try : Alone, you win again, how deep is you love. But to be honest, I haven’t heard a bad song from these guys.
I love Robin in Alone! Silky smooth!
Alone and You win again ❤️🇨🇦
The brothers Gibb, hence the name Bee Gees. Left to right Robin, Barry and Maurice (pronounced Morris). Loving your reaction.
