The weather looks to be better than here in cold wet soggy Northampton. Enjoy Iceland and thanks for the glimpses you are providing for us in these daily vids.
Thank's for sharing this video Nathan ! Always a pleasure to follow your journeys and happenings, interresting reviews of what happens on the go, and of course nice nature on Island. Take care and drive safely ! 🙂
Looks like a great place for off tarmac riding. Must have put in a lot of effort and research to get things running so smoothly Nathan. Fortunate guys to be on the trip so well organized and overseen.👌👍👍
There was no testing, test.. Nice one however.. Ground level, that close the Sea..! One most impressive form, once in a Life time trip to see, the likes elsewhere never again, looking at it my thoughts were.. then realized, Water Buffalo of the Indian sort.. especially when painted. Have safe, enjoyable Trip ya'll.
Thanks Nathan for posting this. My son went to Iceland a couple of years ago and sent me a vidoe of him and his girlfriend on the beach. The wind was ferocious. He could barely stand. I am glad it is better for your trip.
Great video and what a barren land but so beautiful, really loving these videos. Iceland should definitely be on every bikers bucket list, it's something else.
I went to that herring factory - a decade ago and the harbour inside an old warehouse. Absolutely the most freaked I've ever been anywhere in my travels 😱 (and that includes the market in Peru where the Qu'ero Indians get their spiders and snakes to perform their magic spells) but I'm sure that you'll all have a great time! 🏍️🏍️
Darn Nathan you’ve all lucked out with the weather hammering it down here. Looks absolutely amazing. I really agree with the light bikes we just let the Tenere to get dad an NX500 perfect bike for him and me to share at the mo with not green laning with his prostate cancer he can ride that an ill dive on my Norton n when we are finished moving down Honiton way later in the year I’m gonna get a crf300 Rally again back to light bikes :)
That rock formation wouldn’t look out of place down on the Jurassic coast. I suppose Iceland is one of those unique places unlike anywhere else. The landscape and the volcanic rock and gravel. I remember seeing Tom Cruise in Oblivion racing across the black sand on that futuristic bike which underneath was a Honda XR.
@nathanthepostman Interesting fact about Iceland. When building roads the authorities still consult with elemental beings who live on the proposed route.
Thanks Nathan, good to hear that the bikes are holding up well on the trip. How’s the fuel economy looking on the scrambler 400 and the tank range? The bike looks great with the Rally Raid kit. Take care, looking forward to more content from this trip.

Thanks mrtench. I heard the weather was a bit grim back home at the minute!
Wow
That rock formation, looks like an animal drinking to me!
Fenrir Dog? of Norsk mythology?!
My thoughts entirely...
Spectacular doesn't begin to describe it.

Absolutely stunning wish I was there ❤❤
Maybe next time 😊

Yeah oddest place isn't it! Went a few years ago. Full of art at the time. I loved the riding up there

Probably somewhere I'll never go to but certainly want to. Great insight. One more week until I collect my 400x
Man make video how you drive in Iceland. It's look beautiful

Wow.
Ride safe 👍
Testicles needed on your trips methinks! Brilliant, stay safe!
"testicles"? Noraly says 'hold my beer' while she rides off-road around Africa.
Would be nice to get more ladies on the tour but yes, at the minute all riders have testicles
Looks amazing! So glad you’re getting some good weather. 👍😀
How can we buy a place ? I’m assuming you may repeat this ?

About 200mgp as we go along. 76mpg. Would probably drop a bit on a long faster stretch
Hours on gravel roads can be exhausting for first timers, hard to relax into it if you have your front wheel wash out a few times.
Yeah it definitely is
Sorry if I’ve missed it.
What’s the trip itinerary and costs ?

What is the bike with the yellow plastics that pulls into shot at 2:30 ? Sorry if you've already explained in another video, im not up to date
No worries matt. It's a voge 300 rally
What is an F35?
It's an a dirt road through the centre of Iceland
@@nathanthepostman I've been googling F35 adventure bike looking for some new thing I hadn't heard about. Makes sense now 😃
