VanDemon Full Titanium Exhaust 2022 Ducati HyperMotard 950 SP

- I've always wanted a full Titanium exhaust for the Hyper for the looks and the weight savings, and VanDemon from Australia are the only people who do one (Full Termi is not Titanum!).
I ordered it (Through Ebay) and it came in 5-days. The box weighed nothing and confirmed the lightness when the whole system only weighed 5.6kg.. the stock system is about 10.5kg (with servo).
The fit was perfect and went on easily - no issues with clearance and removed the baffles for road use because you want it to be loud and look cool.
Massive shout out to The Motorcycle Wizards who once again helped me out - no way I could have done this on my own with my limited toolbox and girly I.T hands. - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ

Bought the BHPUK mapping device, arrived the next day, sent them my ECU file and they sent me back a remap for my SP with full VanDemon exhaust minus cat, minus exhaust valve. Uploaded in minutes and I can revert back to the original map whenever I want. Complete novice at this sort of thing but the whole process couldn't be simpler. Excellent advice! ...

I just bought the same pipes from Vandemon, although how they got them to me in 6 days I'll never know. Their record apparently is 3 days from Oz to Scotland! That last exhaust manifold nut is a killer though. I thought I might have to give up but persevered at 1/4 turn at a time and it came off eventually about 5 mins ago. Got the exhaust health eliminator and bhpuk device so it's titanium install time!! Cheers for the tutorials man they are super helpful!

Ive ridden the S1000RR (Gen4) and its a smashing bike.. but I can use all the bike/power of the Hyper on everyday roads and still take the piss on trackdays 😂😂

Iv just had my bike collected today by ducati to have a full termi system fitted, I don't know where iv heard but as far as I'm aware your correct in saying its only the end can that's titanium, bit of a let down if so but I wanted termi, just been having a look at the colours on your pipes on the 2nd service video they are stunning I'm so jealous of that bike definitely the best hyper on the road 😍
Thanks Bro.. the Termi is a well made exhaust and you get warranty and map chucked in for the same price.. but I don’t like you have to lose the end fairings and its a single “Massive” end can which spoils the symmetry for me 👍🏻
@@hypermotardking ye I know what you mean, I actually really like the look of the standard set up to be fair, I was 50/50 on what to do, I like the termi set up but I think on the other side with no exhaust and no plastic it looks a bit bare, but I thought sod it I need more sound 🤣
👍nice system! Curious to know why you didn’t put some heat wrap on the pipes while before you installed them? I understand the pipes are titanium & look beautiful but why not wrap them for the performance advantage?
Doubt wrapping does anything for performance on a 114bhp bike to start with - also why spend all that money on titanium to then hide the blue/purple colours 🤷🏾♂️

😂😂.. I haven’t ridden it yet as I wanted to get the fuelling/flash corrected as I think its a bit lean and lumpy - but will do a first ride soon 👍🏻

@@theperipateticgumshoe9047 No, I don’t use T800 UpMap or Rexer because I think they are too generic. I use a company here in UK called BHPUK who ECU flash Euro5 bikes on their Dyno and use there own software. Next video will showcase this 👍🏻
Hey - couple of things ... my engine warning light won't go out. I pinged the guys at BHPUK so hopefully they might be able to help? The other is the noise. Man my bike is loud and loud now! Baffles in makes it ride funny so no choice but to leave them out but it's so loud I'm a bit shy of even going past a police car. Yours is a 22 model so you don't have to worry just yet but how are we going to get past an MOT when the time comes?
I’ve had no problems with my ride with baffles in or out. In is a bit bareable but i always need earplugs. Come MOT time I will add the stock cans on and go to a friend of mine - for me thats in 2024 👍🏻

What sort of a tune are you running with it?
I run a full exu flash from a company called bhpuk. They are one of the few companies that do work on the latest euro5 bikes and can ship worldwide. They have a youtube channel with all their dyno tested results
Did you have to take the rear tire off? is it possible to leave it on? is there enough ground clearance to pull the cat down?
You can probably get away without removing the rear wheel.. the clearance might be tight so have a paddock stand handy

How much do you miss the sound and look of the CRT exhaust?
The sound not so much.. maybe the carbon finish of the CRT’s - but the Titanium Blue pipes top trumps any exhaust out there 🔥

That just looks the dogs.......amazing, I've only recently got my hypermotard 950, cant ride it yet as still recovering from being t boned on my 1290 Super Duke R back in summer ,and a lovely stay in hospital for awhile..so just adding bits, are there any smaller aftermarket brake and clutch levers you could recommend , cheers. 👍👍👍👍👍👍🇬🇧
Aahh shit man.. swift recovery fella, you be itching to get back on the saddle on the Hyper. I haven’t changed the levers yet and haven’t found a need to.. usual Evotech, Carbon4us, Ducati would be my choices..

As soon as the cat comes off that's when the noise happens. It doesn't matter what kind of silencers you put on the bike it's going to be loud. I live in a town full of staunchy liberals who do not like loud motorcycles, they all give me the evil stare when I ride by.😂

I feel for you dude I watch all kinds of these motorcycles crash videos and stuff and it seems like most of them come out of the UK the place looks like a nightmare to ride a motorcycle. And the worst part is they make you put that giant billboard of a license plate on the back fucking terrible.
