Thanks for the vid. Do they have the same handle length? How about spool diameter? Would have loved to see a Side by side of the two reels

Handle length is the same, spool diameter is the same, but the 1000s spool is taller for greater line capacity, So the two spools would not be interchangeable. Thank you for watching!

I would like to put a 1000 on a 6.5 foot medium rod. What is the size limits on the line? The local box store has a 500 and a 1000 b oth for $29 each.

I have 2lb mono on my smaller reel and 6lb mono on the bigger one, Anything between that is fine
