Yes, he's implying that if everyone got to play 3 events, then he would've been lower in the standings and earning much less in prize money. He's 6-11 pts below people who got to play 3 events like him, and is only 3pts above players who played just 2 events.

Same reason the joke in the video exists lol. His points total are deceptive because he's played in more events than the other participants. If he places lower in those events, he still earns less money despite racking up more points.

50% of players played 2 events where they can gain points, the other half 3 (including fabi), so he was lowest player with 3 events.

The joke is they were saying he was doing well but in reality his performance was relatively really poor.
