I quit my JOB on 31 Dec 2018 thanks to my E-commerce side hustles.
I’ve been been running my Ecommerce business passively. While I belong to India, my business is registered in Singapore, I have been sourcing products from China and my primary market has been USA. My products reach people before I reach them countries ! 😁

2. 1-1 shipping will be expensive, aggregate karva ke bhejna better hai.. shipping company se deal karna padega.
3. Cost depends on product. Shipping can be around $50 to India for small size, under 1.5kgs. (approx hai)

A. Yes, I did not mention it because it can be factored out of your profit margin. There is a concept called "profit pool" which I will discuss soon. For example, if you have a profit per unit of $10, if you sell 100 units, your profit pool would be $1000. Now since amazon deducts your ad expense from your account and doesn't charge your credit card like Facebook does, you can expect to spend upto $1000 on ads, without loosing money or making a loss. Ideally I consider 70% of that ($700) as my spend limit, as there are other costs as well.
Thats why the budget for ppc was not on the table, as it will not be money out of your pocket, it will be money out of your REVENUE.

when you say freelancer / agency - is it do design a logo /create a brand name? the cost is for paying the designer ?
Designing a logo is just part of the brand design deal, more like 10%. Brand design can take a month or two if done correctly. At the least you'd need to get logo, packaging, copywriting, and brand-pallete done by a designer.

1. If you source from anywhere except India, its "better" to setup your business in USA.
- But you can potentially also setup a business in India and operate the same, but I personally do not have clear information about that and its also not an easy approach from what I've learnt so far.
2. If you source from India, you can setup your business in USA or India or any supported nation.
