Really appreciate the content you have been putting out educating people on this topic. I had a rather technical query for you. I am a resident of India and have my own LLC in the US and I have my mercury bank account under the name of that LLC. I have found articles online which suggest that the tax interview for a disregarded entity results in Amazon invoices being issued under the person’s name instead of the LLC’s name as well as the storefront mentioning the person’s name instead of the LLC/ brand name in the section which says “sold by [brand name] and fulfilled my Amazon”. It would be of immense relief if you could either create a video on Amazon tax interview for disregarded entities owned by non US residents or even simply respond here and let me know how you managed to tackle this particular issue?

If you want packaging according to you then you have to discuss it with you supplier.

hello dear, thank you for the video! great job! could you please tell us if the inspection party also checks for the qty details in the packaging. if there's no labeling involved, and there are multiple sellers for the same product range how do you maintain the authenticity of your product? can the product in the consignment be tampered with or damaged at any point?

Answers below --
Q: As you said about rebranding: we need to do rebranding before shipping any product to AMAZON FBA? -- You must.
Q: Do we need any quality certificates specific to product that is imp for USA or other european countries. -- Yes, absolutely to be safe, Research and find good factories.
Q: labelling (with price) and first level packaging (except shipping box) needs to be done by us? -- price labelling isn't required when selling on amazon.
Q: For inspection i believe its important that we inspect every product . -- Inspection only happens on a random sample set, 10-20% is good.
Also you have mentioned you didn't go to manufacturer to do inspection, am i correct ?
-- inspection always must be done by 3rd party inspection companies.

You don't have to pay Taxes in the US (mostly)
