They are money hungry. The ark devs made it so that you are forced to buy amber to get soothing balm, allo kibble, the snake seeds for the kibble, everything. Its all a bunch of bullcrap.
xElyy fun fact if you did planted the seeds you get the 2 seeds back and no more so just plant it cause it do filters potent dust which is pretty useful

Komrade Bob you go into the easiest cave their is and get a soothing balm then just get allo kibble knock it out again and again so it starved out and depending how hard or easy your playing or on a server the taming thing and all that stuff is it’s pretty easy
If u work hard enough and get the tek kibble prosscer and alot of rex kibble and elemnt u can make griffin kibble as long as u have their implants

On the other platform the griffin are a knockout tame and take allo kibble( of course they do) . The swoop has two variations dive bomb and swoop claw, dive bomb does 5-7X base damage and swoop claw does a SOLID 10-15X base dmg they are also not breedable ( again this is on other platforms I also play mobile and started 3 weeks ago.) And the corrupted force may be the same one from the extinction in the other platforms (everything is just so interesting)

So basically if you want to tame a high level grif here are the requirements
• Tame 2 low griffs one male one female same suffix (still takes long)
• Breed then
• Get the griffin kibble
• Tame high level
Time that’s needed - Let’s just say a lot
The list is harder then it looks

Ways to tame without Allo Kibble ( I tamed 3 w/ this )
- Get around 100-200 bio toxins.
- Get a crap ton of raw prime meat.
- if possible, get the soothing balm for 40 amber. Watching an ad every so often for a few days will save up for it.
tranq the griffin, give it some prime meat, and keep bio toxin’in it when it’s unconsciousness starts to go under half
Why watch ads? Theirs a really easy way to hack single people player (free purchases) I’ll run you through it if you would like

For some apparent reason, i named my character "Alpha Human" and was tryna look to tame a griffin. I was also wondering why the heck a lvl 5 respected me. (I remember u have to be lvl 80+) i watched this and voila! I randomly put Alpha HumAN in my name. I was so overjoyed that i didnt notice the Giga eating its face off. I would've been grateful for anything RIP

Since you have god console I’ll tell you a little secret in knocking Dino’s out
(You could test this on wild Dino’s)
Turn on infinite ammo and grab a crossbow with either a Narco or Bio T arrow
While your character is putting the arrow quickly double tap the screen
Aim at the target then *POOF*
*Ultimate Knock Out weapon.*
This isn’t a joke

I have encountered something with raising a baby griffin. So traditionally, as shown in this video in order for the baby griffin to eat food while growing up is that it needs its grandmother or mother near it, without one it'll starve and die.
In my experience however, the mother of my baby griffin (She ends with a -na suffix and a level 390) died when I made a fool of myself to take on a Giga who teamed up with a Purlovia (the trauma is still on the walls). That broke me thinking my Baby Griffin won't make it grow up. Until, I browse the amber shop and saw the Cuddle bear toys. These Cuddle bear toys reduces the depletion of a baby creature's hunger by 75% (According to the Official Ark Video). So I tried it and it worked. But here's the best part, the text that says "Insecure, won't eat food" was gone on my Baby Griffin. I don't know if it's only a visual bug, but it wasn't because the Baby Griffin was eating just by putting food on its inventory. In the end, I imprinted it and now she has avenged her fallen mother by killing Gigas and Purlovias.
You can use wooden gates and gateways! That’s how I tamed my griffin!

My tribe are admins of the server, So they just put prime in it and lvl it up when its still knocked out lol (The prime sometimes gives 3%)

One good thing is that you can fully imprint griffins easily while raising them
I used to just knock out and put in prime meat but this just saved my time
I knew no Griffins will have my last letters I was crushed... But then he said when you're a specific level all Griffins will respect you I screamed

Griffins can be leveled up if you knock em out and u level them up that way
If u want to tame it when it high lvl
Heres what u do
1.knock it out
2.level it up.
3.wake it up
4.repeat but dont level up just tame

You know if you sleep, it will skip some time but make sure you feed it with narcotic it will lose torpor more faster
I tamed my first lvl 29 griffin with no soothing balm, amd no kibble. I kept flying to the argy island for PRIME MEAT to give to the griffin, but it kept spoiling. The prime only made the taming percentage go up 0.3 so i was there for 5 hours straight.
What about narcotics?
I managed to get a wild lvl250 griffin but his name succ. It’s Radmamell. I hate this name and we can’t change it. Sad. It was hard to get him in the trap because he do quite a lot of damage. I wandered around the mountain in search of a good wild griffin for multiples hours and when I finally found one, his name was shit. Anyways, great video, it truly helps.

Man thanks but it was too late, I didn’t really research a lot when I’m taming things in ark normally I’m like that passive tame and this knock out, but when i was taming the griffin I was so annoyed because the griffins keeps getting themselves killed when I try to knock them out until one did knock out, but little did I know it doesn’t respect me..so yeah after that day I even research when I need to tame a dodo..I never knew u could breed them to grow big and rideable..

Hey schwable i know an easier trap for the griffin but sadly i dont have a device to play ark mobile but i know it works cause i play ark pc and used the trap and it was way easy use and build
Finally I found one
I think now you CAN level up griffins. I knocked one out and tried and it worked.
If you have admin you can level it up when it’s asleep and you can make it eat faster with admin
The way to knock it out fast is use shocking tranquility in only takes 3-4-5
I just tame the Griffin straight up with prime and I don’t even worry about the taming effectiveness
With major soothing balm you need 4 kibble

You can level the griffins when you know them out with god mode
For taming griffin, the easiest way is by using level up target in god console, knock it out using crossbow with toxicant arrow plus infinite ammo (god console), just hold the fire button and zap, once it knocked down, give it lot of kibble, any kibble will work this method, then us the god touch, level it up, until that griffin became yours, this method will work once you feed it then keep level it up, don't peek its tame meter, just keep clicking, and make sure you put 20 kibbles or more, i get 2 griffin on second try, less than 10 minutes, i kill a griffin at my first, well my therizin kill it, sorry for bad eng

Found a way to tame them faster. Have a bed with you put taming balm active alo kibble and biotoxin. Use the biotoxin and do the math to go over his torpidity points use the amount needed and go to bed fast. When you wake up he eats alot of the and the taming is up and unconsciones is all the way full. Muahaha this changes everything. Good luck
So basically I’’ve started over and made a new ark with the suffix strategy, yeah I have to start over but it’ll only take like a day or two to get back up to at least level 40, so it shouldn’t be too hard

I tamed a griffin with god mode only feeding it raw meat and leveling it up while it’s eating, as well as feeding it bio toxin I leveled it up to 1800 when I tamed him, and it only took about an hour
Once I tamed it I leveled it up to level 10,455 and it’s op

I recccomend using a ascendant longneck from the kill direbear pursuit
That just gives you the blue print,i recommend going to the lava cave and speed running it on foot or on a small strong like baryonyx,this gives you the LN with no BP
