Hey Iguana. Letting you know, when you swoop with a griffin low to the ground you will land and run super fast. Almost the same speed as the glide and before you slow down when doing the swoop run you can take back off at incredible high speed. So swoop low and land like a plane at full swoop speed. Land parallel not at an angle for the super run!

Here’s a good tip. If you wanna make the trapping easier, then use a pteranodon, they can slip through the gateways, so just lead the griffin into the trap, then just ride your pt out of one of the cracks, then hop off,close the door, and you have a trapped griffin, just make sure you don’t get stuck
Hey did you know when you get an artifact save before you tribute it then keep testing your luck on the loot just save load save load again and again to avoid hours of grinding

Find a Griffin step 2. lure it to the hidden lake step 3. make sure it cant get out step 4. tranq it (A good tranq weapon is probably great) step 5. shove some allo kibble down its mouth or super griffin kibble if you already have it step 6. wait and just wait extra step pare the allo kibble or griffin kibble with a soothing balm
To do this method you will need 1240x stones and 620x woods for 4x stone gates and reinforced door gate And at least 20x tranquilizer darts depends on the griffin levels

Found and tamed a Lvl 300 on a Hard Server the other day. Had to use 5 Griffin Kibble's (20% / Kibble) so in case anyone is unsure of how many kibbles they will need for a tame, you won't need more than 5 if it's Lvl 300 or below. (With Soothing Balm of course)

I am taking a Griffin while I post this, and I am so far at 0.6% tame. This is hard. I don’t use Griffin Kibble, since I don’t have two griffins nor a Chef Station, and the griffins kill my Pteranodons; who store my Prime Meat. I need help with this. What other kibbles or foods can I use that can shorten the time?
You can also just run through the Lava cave naked, ignore the enemies, grab the artifact and run out again. Pretty easy and fast and I got a way better rifle than the one I got from the dire bear pursuit, another plus is that the lava cave's rifles aren't blueprints so you don't have to farm 2000 or more metal

U can tame low levels if ur character is over lvl 40. Some people couldnt ride high lvl griffins even tho they r over lvl 40 and have the same last name for some reason
You can tame low level griffins either by being lv 85, having a primal pass buying the gold crown from the amber shop in addition to being lv 40, or having the same name ending and being lv 40.

They do. I think they only spawn on that mountain on the east side of the island. Far peak something.
These guys are so cool and great, the only part I don’t like is that their stamina sucks , but with some leveling it can be better

You should have starved the Griffen and then put the cible then it would be faster and. More efficient

Depends on how low of a level, I had a bit of a hard time but it's manageable.
