The correct factor of 20 dBnHL is 25dBeHL for 4K CE-Chirp for age < 12 weeks but in the video is 15dBeHL put in "dBeHL non-test BC ABR threshold" collum in the masking noise calculator, why was that?

I understand that with infants cross cranial transmission is less, but why does IA reduce with age. I thought it should increase. Please assist
