Matt, I'm super excited for you and I understand the nerdgasm completely! I have a mint condition 1981 Defender arcade in my garage. The guy I bought it from got it as a birthday present when he was just a boy, but never really played it. It just sat in his garage the whole time. He couldn't get it to power up, but I bought it anyway because the cabinet was cherry. Turned out that the old battery leaked. Cleaned it up, replaced the battery, and bam. A beautiful, mint, '81 Defender arcade for only $300, which would easily sell for five time that -- not that I'd ever sell it. Love the thing, and it's a great piggy bank. :D

I just bought the exact same machine off Craigslist! It is a Big Choice with an Elaut kit! The only thing wrong with it is the claws not closing. I think that I need a new coil. I even have same CPU you bought. If you need a copy of the manual I can scan my manual and send you copys! Congrats on the claw Thanks for the video!

That is so freaking awesome and I am totally jealous. Back years ago they were a huge fad in town and like every store and bar had one, and I got incredibly good at them. Sadly they've all disappeared now. I've always wanted my own claw machine. Any suggestions on what to look for when purchasing one?

Nice clean claw machine!
There are some different moving sounds in the Mega crane and Big Choice that I heard before, and also I believe those settings might make the claw open bigger, strength chane, etc, have you tried it with some of those settings?

most likely that CPU board was taken out of the same machine you just bought by the same seller or a friend of his and put on EBAY and you found it and bought it and thats why it works so well with the machine because it came with the machine, thats how they had the machine marked down to 125 because they knew youd buy the CPU to make it work,
can you do a tour of your house and count how many stuff you one on claw machines and all off your games and stuff because like in this video you house looks boss and I love your videos

A Big choice claw machine, huh? I see a lot of those in Wildwood, N.J., but some of them are up and across type ones and the grips on some of them are weak.

"CPU unit" lol CPU stands for Central Processing Unit (Unit)
Xygon I think he means unit as in the whole box itself, not the "CPU" itself.
