Sonia you can use the regular teabags from a box. Let them dry once you're done drinking and you can open and remove the insides. Those teabags work the same way. I know that specialty stores have loose leaf tea and they probably sell the bags too. I think Amazong does as well.

The hibiscus tea is gorgeous. I prefer black tea myself.I loved that you talked about your grandma and her sewing box.I also have at least 3 generations of sewing supplies and buttons, passed down from my mom, grandma, great grandma and possibly beyond.I would like to use the buttons instead of letting them sit in a box.Its very comforting to touch my grandma's sewing things. She left a lot of round potholders unsewn, because she used to sell them at the church fairs. She had them cut out, along with the filling.I still plan to finish them and also add my own fabrics.I bet there are many of us who also have sewing boxes from our families. My family were savers of anything useful, probably due to them living through the depression.I've inherited their tendencies.LOL❤️

Hi Keren, love this, especially your calm voice. I will have a go at drying my hibiscus flowers, they are two toned so not sure how pink they will be. I like vacuum sealed beetroot to eat and had great success in painting with the juice (not the vinegar type ones). I thought they might turn blue but stayed a rose pink. Thanks for your great ideas. Wendi that's awesome you have natural hibiscus flowers in australia, I love putting them in my hair whenever I go on vacation. I've never seen two-toned hibiscus but very curious if it will work. Please share in my facebook group if it does and I'd love to try beet-root juice, although I'm not a huge fan of beets on their own, I like them in salads but on their own not so much as when I was in grade one, they taught us a song about beets and made us eat it and I did not like that. I still remember that lol
