  • How long have we kept something in our cupboards because its too painful to throw it out and then when you do….. it bothers you so much that you have to get it out of the garbage. It is almost painful because you’re literally throwing money away. That’s what recently happened to me when t cleaning my kitchen cupboard and what I found is the perfect thing to use for Mixed Media Art.... you will even love the tool I found too.

What a beautiful page that is!!! I was reading last night about being mindful of the simple moments/activities of our daily lives with a focus on aroma/color/texture. Started paying attention to details with making my coffee this morning and moving onto creative visions for a project...and then I watched this video. Aroma/color/texture are all over that page!!! You seem to always share something that I need to see at just the right time - I swear our spirits are linked somehow - lol Thank you my friend for being so inspirational 💜

Sherrie wow yes I think thats called raised consciousness. it happens to me often that I'm thinking of someone and at that second they call me. I discovered recently that I'm a highly sensitive person, and I don't mean sensitive in emotions, that of course I am and know. But I mean sensitive to things perceived in the senses like visual and sound sensitivities, even aromas they affect me both positive and negative.... depending on what it is.... and very deeply so I'm careful. The aroma of the coffee in my art that I showed a couple of weeks ago is an example.... thank you for being so open and truthful.... I appreciate it so much!
