Great home! I think you should swap the location of the sofa for the two chairs in the formal living room. This way when you walk into the front door you’re not facing the back of the sofa. Instead, you’ll see through the two chairs and it won’t break the line of sight.

Really beautiful couple and what a beautiful home! Such a tasteful & elegant aesthetic, design, material selection, organic palette & craftsmanship (execution of design by your trades people). The only thing that slightly threw me off was the hard edges and the coldness of the finished design. Maybe it's best to wait to video the house tour when all the styling is completed, and all the window treatments are installed. There are so many slick and hard surfaces and square corners... some more softness (from fabric or curved edges) and warm colors really would have added a bit of coziness to this home to help balance all the white (sterile looking) walls and the negative white space from the tall ceilings. I also noticed that the white balance of the video was inconsistent, so that might be what gave certain rooms a "colder" feeling. Otherwise, job well done!!
