    • @diego_neuromesh
      @diego_neuromesh 2 ปีที่แล้ว +15

      @@JoeKnowsWorst most games do not go higher than 60hz, limited by the developers themselves for reasons I am not sure, maybe performance reasons. When lower power mode is on, cpu and gpu frequency are limited. Even with limited power, A15 is so powerful that it’s still capable of running the games at 60Hz. Benefits: phones heat up less->no thermal throttling, and less battery consumption ofc.
      This is the main reason why low power mode can be considered as game mode in iPhones, kind of strange but it works.

    When I got my iPhone 13 Pro Max, I found out about the pro motion immediately of how smooth it is, while I'm scrolling or multitasking it was nice and relaxing that I can see the motion after I open another app to another. I used to have a iPhone 11 Pro Max back then and it was still in good shape but as soon I heard about this phone that came out this year. I was wanting to upgrade it to another iPhone and keep it for a few years. In my review from the iPhone 13 Pro Max, it really has the best battery life, I've been in the city walking around with 100% battery life and I was there for about 9 hours and from the result I looked back was 23%. I was able to watch movies, play games, and work on documents. I highly recommend getting this iPhone 13 Pro Max.

    Really found this video helpful in what to expect in a year or two when I upgrade again. I like the changes Apple has made here, so I know in a year or two, there will be even more improvements / features to look forward to. I currently have the 12 Pro Max which was an upgrade from a 7 Plus last year. I would say based on these types of videos I would classify myself as a Power user, but on a daily usage basis am a fairly light user when it comes to phones, unless I need something specific. The Power user status primarily applies to desktops, but there again, it just depends.

    The overheating on the 12 is a real issue which no one talked about. My 12 pro max overheated in some apps and when charging with a 18 watt adapter and the display dimmed significantly. Glad you mentioned it.

    After having my iPhone 13 Pro Max for just a week now, I can honestly say this is the best flagship iPhone Apple has ever made. It has everything! Best screen, best cameras, best battery life (I can easily get 2 days on it, easily). And all while having the best processor and graphics whenever you need that for more pro tasks.

    • @erikwsince1981
      @erikwsince1981 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@Tobetheone74 you use your phone far more than any normal person. I use my phone about 5 hrs of on screen time per day, which is actually pretty high for an avg working person. And hence can easily get 2 days. Don’t have time to use it more than that.

    Best review ever. You covered everything with evidence and not just opinion. Your enthusiasm is infectious. I have had my 13 Pro for a week now after changing from a three-year-old Android flagship that still runs fine.
    The first few days, it did not hit me as to how impressive this device is. After living with it, you gradually come to see how amazing it really is, and seeing the technology behind it all just makes me think wow!.

    Really great review! The camera comparison parts especially are really good to highlight the improvements :) I’ve got a 12 Pro right now and I’m trying to find some way of justifying getting the upgrade 😆 I’ve been dragging my heels on selling my iPhone X and 2017 iPad Pro for the past year though (I hate doing all the eBay/listings stuff!), which is only costing me money, so I think this means I haven’t earned an upgrade this year… plus maybe by not getting the 13 Pro means having more money and justification to pounce on one of the new MacBooks when they drop! (My 2020 13” Intel 4 port is *fine*, but it’s not Apple Silicon so I know it could be a LOT better…)
