Where did you acquire the flatbed? I saw one of these locally available but I'd want to make use of the bed area to put a tent, etc. The deal breaker is finding a bed like yours.
Maybe a lift kit for a Tacoma, or for the Toyota Pickup (prior to being renamed the Tacoma). Possibly a 4Runner kit may work as well. Not very familiar with the HiAce models, but seem to be built practically the same as the pickups so probably the lifts would work off a standard pickup.
