@@ImKazama11 Generally promotions in BJJ don't come after a formal tests, but after several months of evaluation by your instructor. This requires some level of consistent attendance over a period of time. Your instructor likely also wants to see that you are a good training partner and have the right kind of attitude.
Most people feel Stephan Thompson (Wonderboy) is the nicest guy in the UFC and he probably is, but in saying that, Gilbert isn’t far behind him though..👍😀 In my opinion, in this video Gilbert didn’t set out to humiliate the white belts, instead he gave them a chance to showcase their skills against one of the absolute best, it goes to the very essence of why Gilbert is respected by just about everyone..
